We looked at the roots of Christian worship in the Jewish synagogue, looking at Luke 4:16-21 and Acts 13:14-16. Then we compared Ephesians 5:18-21 with Colossians 3:16-17.
We compared and contrasted being filled with the Spirit with being filled with wine, and we discussed how being filled with the Holy Spirit and letting the Word of Christ dwell in us richly are two sides of one coin.
