This sermon shows that these apocalyptic images were actually common in the Old Testament and that any sound and safe interpretation of Matthew 24 must rest upon how these images were used by the prophets. To ignore these established ways of understanding such imagery is to cast one's self into the ocean of mere speculation.

Excellent message. A must-hear. Excellent message. Thank you very much. The Holy Spirit has been opening my eyes to the true meaning of the Matthew 24 prophecy, that it was fulfilled in 70 AD. It seems so amazing to me to think I couldn't see this years ago, but frankly, I have heard much erroneous teaching on it and wasn't searching the scriptures to prove all things. I have since repented of that, and am becoming a good Berean.
This revelation puts a whole different perspective things on everything including my understanding of the wide scope of apostasy we're sitting in today. The church needs to wake up, take hold of the power within us, and tend to the Great Commission as we were instructed.
I look forward to hearing more of your messages and will be looking to see if you have any messages on 2 Thessalonians 2 and strong delusion. May God continue to bless your ministry.
