"Let the chords of your voice declare the splendor of His name."
"Sing out the honor of His name..." The picture is of one who is walking through his vineyard and what he sees is an abundance of fruit. The vines are overflowing with heavy fruit so he rakes his hands along the vines in exuberant joy and bings to trim and prune the heavier branches that the vine may become even more fruitful.

Loaded with undeniable: adoration, applauds, affirmation
His song should be: passionate, precise, personal, purposeful (heavy and weighty)
