What a wonderful thing it will be to meet this dying thief in Heaven. Then he will be 'the living thief'. I'm not sure how he will ever shake off the title of thief. Most likely he will still carry it in heaven when for so many centuries saints have known him as one of the thieves hanging on the cross at the side of the Saviour. Mind you, he will not look like a thief, nor talk like a thief, nor act like a thief when we see him in Heaven. He will not have on the black mask of a burglar! He will be wearing the white robes of Christ's righteousness.
