Since Roe vs. Wade, 49 years ago this Saturday (this Saturday also happens to be National Sanctity of Human Life day), the battle for women's rights and human life has pressed on. As a result, the view of life has been lamentably reduced to an evolutionary concept that has no value. Abortion distorts the truth that human life begins at conception. It is a vicious attack on the image of God in man. Abortion distorts God's cultural mandate that He sanctioned in the very beginning. Overall, it is a savage attack on the character of God. This Lord's day, we will see God's perspective about the distortion of abortion and how that glorious perspective teaches us to live a wholesome life that upholds every aspect of the sanctity of life.
