As they traveled form location to location Elijah was in essence living his legacy out for us to see. He started by showing he had a traceable legacy, that where ever you started doesn't matter it is the movement forward for the Lord that counts. He made sure that his legacy was one of training, not only Elisha but the men at these prophet schools learned from him. There was to be found a tangible legacy with him, solid facts that could not be ignored. And of course he had a transformed legacy. In no way was he afraid of the future, he just kept moving toward it. What will our legacy be?
