Adolf Hitler: Mass Murderer We know that Adolf Hitler (20 April, 1889 – 30 April, 1945) was one of the most well known sinful mass murders in history. We know about The Ten Commandments in Exodus 20:2-17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21. From reading The Ten Commandments, which are known as Aseret ha'Dibrot (עֲשֶׂרֶת הַדִּבְּרוֹת) in Hebrew, we know that The Sixth Commandment says, "Thou shalt not commit murder." We realize that the mass murderer Adolf Hitler violated The Sixth Commandment with his many atrocities, including the Holocaust. We know all about Genesis 4:1-26, which includes the story of Cain and Abel. We also realize that Cain sinfully murdered Abel in Genesis 4:8. All of this means that Cain's sinful murder of Abel only made the sinful atrocities committed by Adolf Hitler like the Holocaust possible. This sermon shows that all murder, including mass murder, is sinful.
