It is surely a close call as we all come to that point where we must say yes or no to God for the last time. It is not hard on God's part, and He is not lacking in power to save to the uttermost, but blind and proud sinners who are so filled with the world and their own selfish, sinful desires are what makes it such a close call. It is nothing short of a miracle of God that any of us are redeemed from such darkness of soul and mind.
