Pastor Lipsy and his wife Ruth have been married for 40 years and are blessed with 8 children and 30 grandchildren. After attending Rutgers College of Pharmacy for 4 years, Pastor Lipsy completed a B.A. in Education and served 14 years as a Christian school teacher and principal in Wisconsin. He pastored the HRC congregation in New Jersey for 9 years, Grace Reformed Christian Church in Harrison, AR for 5, and has been the pastor of the HRC congregation in Burgessville, Ontario for almost 9 years. | more | less
