From the pen of Brother Bill Paceley, Psalms 35:24 "Judge me, O Lord my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me." The world today that has made their collective defense against the Christian stance on the Bible against sin, "don't judge me". Yet David here begs God to judge him. He wants God to point out to him what is wrong in his life. Expose to him what is dirty in his life so that he can be closer to God. God is a Righteous God, He is a Loving God, but He is also a Jealous God and a Judging God. So be careful when you say as a person in sin, both saved and lost, "Only God Can Judge Me" yes, that's true but are you ready for what He would find?
