God sure did give us a wonderful week and especially a great Thursday night Bible study and prayer time. Praise the Lord for all that He did in our hearts through Mark Thren challenging us about prayer. Their family did a wonderful job encouraging our hearts through music. What a great blessing it is to see a family dedicated and sold out to serve the Lord with their entire lives. The sweet spirit of unity among the family as well as the servant’s heart was evident from the moment they walked in the door.
Please begin praying throughout the month of April as we will be emphasizing our Mission’s Ministry here at the church. Today, we have our missionary, The Daniel Norton Family, here with us. They have been laboring faithfully along the Slovenia/Italy border. There is a tremendous need in that region of the world and I pray that God would challenge our hearts more today to continue on with supporting missions.
Throughout this month we will have additional missionaries at the church with us and it is my prayer that by the beginning of May our missions giving will increase to support at least 3 more missionaries. Would you help me pray towards this through the month of April? There is such a need around the world for the gospel and we must continue to do our part to be witnesses in the uttermost parts of the world.
You are prayed for and loved today. There is no place I would rather be than right here with you today. May God bless as you remain faithful to Him this week.
When I first started writing, it was me alone with a computer in my apartment. I hated the time away from other people, and my writing sucked. Now I have a laptop; I can do the most tedious part of my job in a public place.
