House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rules Committee Chairman James McGovern (D-MA) unveiled the rules for the 117th Congress on Friday, which contain “future-focused” proposals, including the elimination of gendered terms, such as “father, mother, son, and daughter.”
“This package, which will be introduced and voted on once the new Congress convenes, includes sweeping ethics reforms, increases accountability for the American people, and makes this House of Representatives the most inclusive in history,” said the House Committee on Rules in a statement.

I have nothing to add to what you say but will be praying it gets cast down. It's concerning for all of the US, indeed. They won't stop with one state.

The bill is still in process. It has to go to the Senate,(Democrat) then to the governor. (Democrat) Slimy characters, anti-American is the kindest thing you can say. Someone posted the bill on Facebook, along with a petition. I think this thing needs lots of publicity, bad press, if there is to be hope of stopping it. My wife said Fox News has picked it up, but I haven’t seen it yet.
My opinion is, it’s just another step in the dismantling of the Constitution. Another step of guilty until proven innocent, which is all that ill until proven well amounts to. It’s just disguised as a public health issue. Bypass need for evidence, no probable cause, etc.
