Christians in the United Kingdom and Canada are being warned that foundational religious beliefs and practices soon could be criminalized under laws banning the counseling of people seeking help with unwanted sexual attraction.
Activists want to ban not only the so-called "conversion therapy," they also want to prevent people from criticizing their lifestyle.
And that includes a veto on the preaching and the practice of churches regarding sexuality, according to the U.K.'s Christian Institute....

Ok so they will prosecute Christian counselors helping people ( who are seeking help) for debilitating sinful lusts and behavior. I thought that having sinful lusts and behavior was a secular right? Prosecuting Christians on the 101 class of putting to death the deeds of the flesh.. it’s why Christ came, as a man, died as a propitiation of our sins. We will obey God, rather than man... I believe two old saints told a far worse government the same thing.

The words of Jesus are so revolutionary that it is inevitable that they will cut across the religious but unregenerate bodies. Even Christians find his teaching too radical for them, so they try to find a compromised church, where they can at least have the outward appearance of orthodoxy.
