With violent crime on the rise in Mpls., City Council asks: Where are the police?
The meeting was slated as a Minneapolis City Council study session on police reform.
But for much of the two-hour meeting, council members told police Chief Medaria Arradondo that their constituents are seeing and hearing street racing which sometimes results in crashes, brazen daylight carjackings, robberies, assaults and shootings. And they asked Arradondo what the department is doing about it.
"Residents are asking, âWhere are the policeâ?â said Jamal Osman, newly elected council member of Ward 6. He said he's already been inundated with complaints from residents that calls for police arenât being answered....
The Obama justice department left many district attorneys in place in municipalities for purposes of undermining law enforcement, the rule of law and make cities burn by early release. Covid helped it along with emptying jails and liberal mayors and DAâs stepped on the neck of law and rule followers and green lighted criminals to attack police and when someone is unable to their manage and gets themselves harmed, blame the police. The monsters have been released by Democrats and my bet is they will not go away with a Harris administration .
It's good to see Newt Gingrich calling George Soros into question - "Soros gave $333,000 to the Safety and Justice PAC in 2016 to support then-Cook County District Attorney candidate Kim Foxx in Illinoisâwho is currently presiding over terrible violence and mayhem in Chicago, where murders are twice what they were in 2019.
Soros and his organizations spent $1.7 million to help get Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner elected in 2018. Before being elected, Krasner earned a name for himself by suing the Philadelphia Police Department 75 times. Since he took office, dozens of experienced prosecutors have either been fired or resigned. Criminal prosecutions have plummeted and crime has risen. Philadelphia now has the second-highest murder rate among large cities in the country.
Former Hugo Chavez advisor and current San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin was also funded by Soros and his groups. Boudin has called prison âan act of violenceâ and has refused to prosecute a slew of illegal acts, from public urination to the public solicitation of sex, which he deems to be âquality of life crimes.â -https://www.zerohedge.com/political/ludicrous-newt-gingrich-exposes-soros-cover Soros seeks to destroy America from within with his money and influence..
