MacArthur flaunts California court order
In his Sunday sermon, MacArthur said God’s judgment will fall on governments that block God’s will for the church: “When any government separates from God and his law in Scripture and from his people to his church it invites judgment on a personal scale and a national scale.”

Further, he declared that “the notion of a secular state is a lie. Government is ordained by God” and therefore should empower God’s will.

The one and ONLY thing I will ever agree with JMac on is this, 'there is no pandemic'. True, it has fizzled out, but this being an election year, the desperate Democrats must keep beating this dead horse in order to throw the election. Seems their sinister ways are being revealed more and more each day.
"In Florida, for example, the number of deaths are falling. Although the media reports on the deaths by date reported, when looking at the data you can see that the deaths reported today were deaths that occurred weeks ago. This reporting skews the actual results.
In Arizona, the number of COVID cases in ICU’s is at its lowest levels since April. Across the nation COVID is rapidly disappearing across the United States. See graphs and stats at https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/09/every-measure-covid-dissipating-across-nation-emergency-room-visits-hospitalizations-deaths-way-peaks-april/

With that said, America is a divided nation, divided over politics, religion, race. Thank God this world is not my home...

Mike, I don't know if John MacArthur can keep getting away with crowding people together and not wearing masks, actually I hope he can. I'd hate to see anyone coming down with this disease. ☣️

Instead of the unfocused generalities, how about providing the names of some of Grace Community's people who are forced to go there? How about just one one? But it's good to know you are concerned for those who are willing to risk living, Jim, though I haven't yet heard MacArthur has made attendance mandatory. Have you?

He may just very marrily keep packing people in for the best intake of offering plate contributions. Hey, he's just a multi-millionaire he needs more money. ❗👎💰

Jefferson wasn’t having it. He was always polite to his friend, but left no doubt about his view of religion allied with the republic. In a letter dated September 23 1800, Jefferson wrote:

" The delusion into which the X. Y. Z. plot shewed it possible to push the people; the successful experiment made under the prevalence of that delusion on the clause of the constitution, which, while it secured the freedom of the press, covered also the freedom of religion, had given to the clergy a very favorite hope of obtaining an establishment of a particular form of Christianity thro’ the U. S.; and as every sect believes its own form the true one, every one perhaps hoped for his own, but especially the Episcopalians & Congregationalists. The returning good sense of our country threatens abortion to their hopes, & they believe that any portion of power confided to me, will be exerted in opposition to their schemes. And they believe rightly; for I have sworn upon the altar of god, eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man...."

This Catholic Archbishop makes a much better case, for holding Mass indoors than John MacArthur does for his flaunting of safety protocols ❗ 👍
Got some actual evidence that “flaunting of safety protocols” has made it unsafe at Grace Community? Or just more feelings presented as meaningful?

Salvatore Joseph Cordileone, archbishop of San Francisco wrote:
People can freely go to parks here, as long as they stay six feet apart. If they follow proper social distancing and wear masks, people can eat on an outdoor patio with no hard numerical limit. Indoor shopping malls are already open at 25 percent capacity....

Meanwhile, the scientific evidence from other jurisdictions is clear: These safeguards are working. As three infectious-disease specialists who reviewed the evidence on more than 1 million public Masses over the past few months concluded, there have been no documented outbreaks of covid-19 linked to church attendance in churches that follow the protocols. We have demonstrated that we know how to hold Mass safely. There is no reason not to allow us to put that knowledge into practice....

If he was willing to go to jail He would have done it.I

Unfortunately,He has been behaving like an old rich Republican, And has trumpian lawyers,To keep them out of jail. Also he is very particular about which since he wants to concentrate on. Lying is very definitely pointed out in the Bible. He does seem to ignore that in his Republican chums.

Proverbs 12:22

Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight.

And many more verses like that❗

John MacArthur may not suffer from the above though being a multi-millionaire according to the internet, one could ask, and many will, What is this motivation? Probably more people considerate greed that is motivating him not any religious convictions. I hope that he can prove that it isn't greed that is pushing him. It's very easy to pass around collection plates In air condition comfort.
Weak attempt to cause doubt, Jim. He’s willing to go to jail for what he believes and is defending. Somehow it’s near impossible to visualize you doing the same.

1 Timothy 6:6-10

6. But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. 8. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9. But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. 10. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

John MacArthur may not suffer from the above though being a multi-millionaire according to the internet, one could ask, and many will, What is this motivation? Attending church services wasn’t considered flaunting until some judge flaunted his authority, then suddenly doing what you’ve always done becomes the flaunt. Gotta love the redefinition and reapplication.
