Senator: Department of Defense 'Unabashedly Discriminating' against Believers
Sen. Ted Cruz has sent another letter to Defense Secretary Mark Esper, reiterating concerns about “religious discrimination” and a “culture of hostility towards religion” in the Department of Defense.
According to CBN News, Cruz sent out an initial letter to the department in June. His follow-up letter again asks Esper to stop the “targeting (of) religious individuals.”
"The Department must do better. It must take affirmative steps to stop those in its ranks from targeting religious individuals and violating the United States Constitution," Cruz said in the letter, according to Fox News....
I believe it’s call the Ararat anomaly, the shape appears to be a bow of a ship sticking out of the an ice cap. It is both a shadow and how the terrain is formed that does “ look” like the bow of a ship. The Russia’s anti aircraft defense line was always hot around that area. Their surface to air missiles commanders usually didn’t need a call to Moscow to launch.

BTW, that was from a time when several US recon planes were lost around the Soviet periphery, being shot down by fighters. These incidents were kept secret from the public.
Reminds me about a story about the man who found the missiles in “Cuber” in the 1960’s. He said, in my training I followed the terrain along Turkey to Mount Ararat , there I could see the out line of a large barge like boat. I asked my supervisor about the “ boat” outline, and he said, don’t mention that outline if you want to keep working in satellite reconnaissance. The “ boat” most likely was speculated as the ark.

So here's the problem. DoD is tied to Congress. So while Senator Cruz, to his credit, is sticking up for the rights of the "religious," there are other elected representatives in DC pushing for better protection of the LGBT community, and others pulling for particular pieces of the culture war. DoD cannot defend itself. This is, in fact, how women came to become part of the Armed Services.
Another factor is the promotion of liberal chaplains over Biblical ones.
The military was seen as one of the last bastions of conservative thought and mindset. How that can be attacked has been the focus of the Progressive Left for quite a while.
