Trump signs law authorizing China sanctions over Hong Kong crackdown
President Trump signed legislation Tuesday sanctioning Chinese officials and entities for China‚Äôs ‚Äúrepressive actions‚ÄĚ against the people of Hong Kong, and issued an executive order ending the territory‚Äôs preferential treatment by the U.S.
In an hour-long announcement at the White House in which he mainly attacked Democratic rival Joseph R. Biden‚Äôs position on Beijing, Mr. Trump said no administration ‚Äúhas been tougher on China than this administration.‚ÄĚ
‚ÄúJoe Biden and President Obama freely allowed China to pillage our factories, plunder our communities and steal our most precious secrets,‚ÄĚ Mr. Trump said. ‚ÄúJoe Biden‚Äôs entire career has been a gift to the Chinese Communist Party.‚ÄĚ...

1. Independents voted for Trump in 2016. 1a. Democrats aid in manufacturing the polls. That's why they were wrong, and still are. Doing the same things over and over expecting different results. You've heard of that?
2. The primary influence the Democrats have is to interfere with the election results for the last 4 years. Normal people have been watching. Heed the Trumpence call, Jim.

Jim, what plan does Trump need? All he had to do was get elected in 2016, and it drove the left wingnuts crazy, because it kicked their long range plans in the butt. Expect more of the same in November. You think those mental midgets (sorry, persons vertically challenged) breaking things and burning buildings are going to outvote the quiet center of the country? The ones who are watching the Democrat party commit suicide by pandering to lunatics, while promoting dismemberment of the US? Can't wait for you to push the phony polls once again.

The US government may have to give some serious attention to the Russian meddling? They wouldn't do that that would distract administration from China's mideeds.
Timothy, are you so naive that you think Trump has any plan ‚ĚóūüĎéūüėĀ
Jim,are you really so naive as to believe the Democrats have a better plan for America than Mr. Trump does? The Dims won‚Äôt just throw Granny off the cliff. They‚Äôll shove her off with tanks‚ÄĒespecially if she criticizes Big Government.

That is just tough talk hardly substantiated by action, says Jake Sullivan, a senior adviser to presumed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
Biden’s campaign is preparing to roll out policies on how his future administration would better deal with China and will continue to show how Trump is weak on America’s top geopolitical and economic competitor, Sullivan told Reuters in an interview....
