CNN’s Chris Cuomo Asks Where It Says That Protests Must Be Peaceful
With violent riots sweeping the country in the aftermath of the death of George Floyd while in police custody in Minneapolis, Minnesota, CNN’s Chris Cuomo appeared to defend the violence, which has included looting, arson, and physical assaults on police officers and citizens.
“Now too many see the protests as the problem. No, the problem is what forced your fellow citizens to take to the streets: persistent, poisonous inequities and injustice,” Cuomo told his TV audience. “And please, show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful. Because I can show you that outraged citizens are what made the country what she is and led to any major milestone. To be honest, this is not a tranquil time.”
Cuomo later added that it is police officers who have to be peaceful, not the demonstrators. “Police are the ones required to be peaceful, to de-escalate, to remain calm.”...

I have mixed feelings about how covid-19 might spread because of these protests? Since mainly young people are protesting, they seem to be the least effected by it? However being a reservoir for the virus, they could spread it to other people who have less ability to handle the consequences of getting it. 👎🗣️😷

Actors are used for falsehood. I saw news crews with fake gun shot recording to get a upper hand over other media outlets..Ungodly people will.do anything to keep their jobs. I have heard that the looters are well trained, and Cubans and the Mexican cartels have shown them how to put explosive charges in pallets to be able to break through a bldg that has been boarded up. We are not talking about peaceful protests anymore.

Why is there no social media firestorm denouncing this inflammatory statement which promotes violence. This despicable person is seen each day all over the world.
In the meantime, there are people marching in nearly every state and many cities all over the world defying edicts to social distance while most business and schools are still in mandatory lockdown. Cuomo and many leaders must see violent protests and civil unrest as essential activities.
Chris Cuomo is like his brother Andrew, faithfully leftist first. One says you can't have church meetings because it's not safe, sets aside the constitution to give himself enforcement authority, and the other says you have the right to do violent large scale meetings because its constitutional. They are both wrong for the same reason. They can't read.
By the way, I forgot to say that the retired policeman murdered protecting his friend’s pawn shop was black, and many if the small businesses burnt down and attacked were also owned by African Americans!!
Meanwhile many leading health / wealth white pastors decided to march along with the rioters showing how “woke” and politically correct they are, while they continue to preach a heretical gospel in their online services. Notice they don’t seem to want to call for churches to be open though for proper in person worship without severe and unbiblical restrictions!! One leading pastor in this stream even encouraged and praised his daughter when she joined one if these demonstrations in New York!!
This man, is basically so leftist, he is advocating lawlessness. Does he stop to think of closed small businesses, already closed because of the lockdown, looted and destroyed, ladies attacked in wheelchairs when they tried to expostulate with the looters, an elderly retired police officer murdered when he went to defend his friend’s pawn shop.

Roth Korea, or like the infamous radio station in Rwanda, that stirred up the genocide between the Hutus and Tutsis there, where thousands were butchered and carved up with machetes in the street.
The Bible tells us that in the last days before our Lord’s coming there would be lawlessness. We see it here before our eyes!! Political correctness is now on steroids, and soon enforced by law, with an all encompassing propaganda media.
He should try reading the Constitution. The First Admendment states specifically:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Key word in the final clause is "peaceably."
It's generally been found that acting in a respectable manner results in respect being given, as well as respecting others with the expectation of mutual respect shown between parties. While it doesn't always work, acting in a disrespectful manner doesn't build respect.
What this Chris Cuomo wants is to exercise power, not respectableness in order to gain respect.
