Those who intentionally spread coronavirus could be charged as terrorists
People who intentionally spread the coronavirus could face criminal charges under federal terrorism laws, the Justice Departmentâs No. 2 official said Tuesday.
In a memo to top Justice Department leaders, law enforcement agency chiefs and U.S. Attorneys across the country, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen said prosecutors and investigators could come across cases of âpurposeful exposure and infection of others with COVID-19.â
âBecause Coronavirus appears to meet the statutory definition of a âbiological agentâ⊠such acts potentially could implicate the Nationâs terrorism-related statutes,â Rosen wrote. âThreats or attempts to use COVID-19 as a weapon against Americans will not be tolerated.â...

Jim are you saying fear is not being promoted? Are you more afraid of covid-19 than you are of the flu? Was there a run on paper products when it was discovered more than 20000 have died from flu this season? Were schools closed from it, though flu kills the young as well as the old?
Here's a question for you, Jim. We're more or less shut down. We can't do much of anything or go anywhere, if it isn't "essential." Most of the virus is located in New York City, and surround. Yet you can still fly in and out of there. Any theories as to why of all things it is allowed?

The above link is a report from Fox News this morning referencing that $35000 of produce from a grocery store had to be trashed because a customer came in and coughed all over it as a prank. If you read the article you will find that the prankster (a woman) has always been "a chronic problem in the community" by police.
It would be interesting if someone who actually has the virus intentionally infects other people and causes a death would be prosecuted. It is already a problem with people naively spreading it because of carelessness.
