Kentucky school district caves to out-of-town atheists
A Wisconsin-based group of atheists, agnostics and freethinkers bullied a Kentucky school district into scrubbing a Bible verse from a locker room and religious messages from a bulletin board and a Facebook post.
"But the Lord is with me like a mighty warrior," was written in bold letters inside a locker room at Letcher County Central High School. The Bible verse is from the Old Testament, Jeremiah 20:11.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation wrote a letter on behalf of a "concerned citizen" calling on the school district to remove the Bible verse from the wall....
I hope they settle this in court, with one of the justices newly appointed by President Donald Trump. This shows you what you can do when you win the presidency and have control over the US Senate, which approves the judges that the President selects. There are a few Christian legal support groups that say they are open to pursuing a case like this.

Satan's "Freedom from Religion" campaign!!
The Reprobate community are working hard these days demonstrating their "Fear" of all that is Biblical and Godly.
They are acting like the communists in other countries. That tie says a great deal about the association of these two diabolical groups. Satan is their CEO.
2Tim 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
It saddens me when the ungodly are applauded and the righteous denigrated. I had to remember the Psalmist put forth in Psalm 73:
But as for me, my feet were almost gone. My steps had nearly slipped.Because I was envious of the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. (Psa 73:2-3)
They scoff and utter oppression in wickedness. They speak loftily. They have set their mouth in the heavens and their tongue walks through the earth. (Psa 73:8-9)
And they say, How does God know? And is there knowledge in the Most High? Behold, these are the wicked and those who prosper of old. They have possessed wealth. (Psa 73:11-12)
If I had said, I will speak thus, behold, I would have dealt treacherously with the generation of your sons. When I thought how I might understand this, it was too painful for me, until I went into the sanctuary of God and considered their latter end. (Psa 73:15-17)
Yes, the wicked may seem to get their way now but they will get their just desserts.
How are Atheists making Christians behave like Christians again? They are infringing on their freedom of religion. Are Atheist scripture from “science books” (Science Falsely So Called) being treated the same way?
Jim Lincoln wrote: Atheists making Christians behave like Christians againâť—đź‘Ť So this is how high school students are supposed to look at their athletic adversaries who may even be better Christians than they areâť“ Jeremiah 20:12-13 ---
Actually Jim, this is the whole verse from which a part was posted in the locker room:
Jeremiah 20:11 "But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten."
Nothing there about athletic adversaries. But we expect nothing less from our Jim. Your real problem is a verse on a wall, right? Verses belong in meeting houses only, right?

12. But Yahweh of Armies, who tests the righteous, who sees the heart and the mind, let me see your vengeance on them, for I have revealed my cause to you. 13. Sing to Yahweh! Praise Yahweh, for he has delivered the soul of the needy from the hand of evildoers.
