Mainline Pastors Drive Growth in Pastoral Support for Same-Sex Marriage
Approval for same-sex relationships has grown among Protestant pastors, but a majority still disapprove.
A new survey from Nashville-based LifeWay Research asked Protestant pastors their thoughts on same-gender marriages and civil unions.
In the most recent survey, 24% of pastors say they see nothing wrong with two people of the same gender getting married. Almost three-quarters say they disagree (72%), with 67% strongly disagreeing.
The near quarter of pastors in support of same-sex marriage are up from previous LifeWay Research studies—20% in 2018 and 15% in 2010....
The names of those pastors polled should be fully disclosed to the consuming public. And its noteworthy that those pastors who are the most "educated" are the ones who are most accepting of same-sex marriage. Which proves Paul assertion that "Professing to be wise, they became fools."

You wonder how many of their congregation support the sodomite cause like they do. And that might reveal a 'Cultural Divide' between them and their congregation. This news story should be paired with the one about the decline of attendance at these congregations. Basically, people can find other ways to have the same opinion without spending money on someone's salary or a huge building with pipe organ. The Democrat Party is one place, and so is the local newspaper.

The terms used here are gender specific and Paul clarifies that any sexual activity outside the parameters set forth here is immoral. I would like to hear how they work around this.
