IS child soldier executes Nigerian Christian student, declares 'we will not stop'
The Nigerian man who was executed by a child militant in a video released by a Boko Haram offshoot group aligned with the Islamic State days ago has been identified as a 22-year-old Christian college student.
Ropvil Daciya Dalep hailed from the Pankshin Local Government Area of the Plateau state and attended the University of Maiduguri in Borno state. His execution video gained media attention this week.
Dalep was a biology major who was returning to school from Christmas break when he was abducted on Jan. 9 allegedly by the Islamic State West Africa Province, according to the United Kingdom-based NGO Christian Solidarity Worldwide....
John UK, wow, sounds like you know more about your government than I do. Sorry to hear all that.
You have not stopped me. I don’t even like the smell of politics. The whole politics thing is a total joke.
The challenge is that we have a democratic type government here in the States, and so we are privileged and obligated to vote as responsible citizens which is sometimes a very hard call. We do have leadership in place, whether by hook or by crook, that we must respect and obey as our current civil authority, not that we have to wholeheartedly agree or support their every decision or whim. I don’t bash my neighbor everyday even though he is a religious heathen; nor do I bash my president even though he is a religious heathen. At that, I think he is still a better choice than the other candidates that were nominated although I didn’t vote for him. Those who did vote (or not vote) stand or fall before the Lord, not me. Brother, you should also pray for your leaders and thank God that He didn’t give you worse ones!
The UK is comprised largely of zombie-like creatures who have been brainwashed from birth, and who love Queen Elizabeth II without really knowing why. They will sing the national anthem without understanding why they are asking God to save her.
The queen herself is a traitor to the Christian cause, changing course some years ago and entertaining the pope, which thing many believers found most distasteful and regarded her as a compromiser and unregenerate Anglican.
And BTW, what is she doing being a queen anyway? Does she not know God's order, God's biblical order?
The royal family are a disgrace to the word Christian, and you have my blessing to say whatever you like about them.
Now Joel, if you want to get caught up in all the rhetoric, excitement, and magic tricks of your politicians in the States, with Gung Ho speeches and hypnotic promises, well, that is up to you. Don't let me stop you.
But a better way is to open your eyes and look objectively at exactly what is going on, lest you join John Yurich and claim that the Republican Movement is the Party of Jesus, when it is no such thing.
John UK, I love Stevenr’s comment. I am proud of it too.
I am not annoyed at your comments. I was just showing that there’s more than one definition of the word “proud”.
And if you are referring to the “xenophobia diagnosis”, all I can say is that you can judge for yourself who started the discussion of Americans vs Brits. We are all sinners. And, yes, our leaders are probably more wicked than your leaders but for you as a foreigner to be bashing our leaders is disrespectful and distasteful even if they are bad. How would you as a loyal citizen of your country feel if I started bashing your Queen or PM out of the blue(with no provocation)? You might think I had an overly negative spirit or an aggressively critical attitude, which would probably be true. There’s really no good reason for you Brits to be angry at America/Americans. America did not steal England’s glory. You gave it up yourselves. We have also destroyed our glory as a nation. We are no longer a Christian nation. Our leaders are not truly Christian. It is a heathen nation with a few quickly vanishing vestiges of Christianity. The ripened fruit of judgement is ready to fall from the tree in consummation.
Hey Joel, what do you think of Stevenr's comment? Or does it not count because he is American? Do you only get annoyed at comments from foreigners, especially the English?

So sad to read about things like this, and the children of this fallen world being harmed, indoctrinated, damaged, and confused, by the very people who are tasked to protect and defend them; the adults. In these particular cases, the innocents are being raised to hate anyone who isn't them, and to murder, on-demand, without any remorse, regret, or empathy, because they are murdering mere infidels, in the name of their capricious, blood-thirsty, confusing, and highly contradictory god of Islam; the Allah of the Koran. Woe to the adults who use the children as tools/pawns to breed confusion, hatred, and death, to further their own dark and nefarious, personal, political, and/or, religious agendas. Matthew 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
To Joel in Pensacola. - “ The design of civil government is not to promote the advantages of the rulers, but of the ruled. They are ordained and invested with authority, to be a terror to evildoers, and a praise to them that do well. They are the ministers of God for this end, and are appointed for this very thing. On this ground our obligation to obedience rests, and the obligation ceases when this design is systematically, constantly and notoriously disregarded. Where unfaithfulness on the part of the government exists, or where the form of it is incompatible with the design of its institution, the governed must have the right to remedy the evil. " - Charles Hodge BTW, I want to encourage you to use the KJV.

Whether it's this situation, or the transgender confusion, etc., woe to those who condone, support, and harm the children, either physically, mentally, or by leading them astray via indoctrination. "a Catholic woman who was crawling across a cobblestone courtyard on her knees in order to kiss the feet of a statue. She left trails of blood as she crawled... Obviously in pain, but with the mindset that kissing that statue was of more importance than personal comfort."
1 Kings 18:27-28 Authorized (AKJV) 27 And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked. 28 And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.
“How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” (Romans 10:14-15)
Ultimately, we must love our enemies, even if there are times we must defend ourselves vigorously against them. What missionary groups or boards are active in that area? They with the local believers be our prayer.

Thank you, Quiet Brother. That shows consistency of thought and I like that.

Stevenr I am full of admiration for you, that you are able to say such things without coming under attack from your fellows. Well done, brother. I could learn from you.

At the same time, the Gospel needs to go forth with vigor and the Islamists committing these crimes need to be brought to justice.
The problem is that the media is comparing apples to oranges. I used to teach Sociology at a local college, and when the topic turned to the integration of Muslims, one thing I always liked to show was an old video I had gotten from a missionary friend of mine. It was taken in Mexico of a Catholic woman who was crawling across a cobblestone courtyard on her knees in order to kiss the feet of a statue. She left trails of blood as she crawled... Obviously in pain, but with the mindset that kissing that statue was of more importance than personal comfort. Most Catholics in America go to church on Saturday night so they won’t have to get up early on Sunday morning The correlation is this: NEVER judge an international religion by the American counterpart. Americans are lazy and focused on comfort, and don’t take God seriously… And as an aside, I would even place most believers in that category as well… Not just Muslims and Catholics.
Don't hold your breath while you wait for world media to stand up and ask..what kind of religion would give permission to its followers to kill others? I was going to say US mainstream media (like the major TV networks, cable news networks, etc) but then I realize the BBC, Radio France, Japan's NHK network, and others are following the same liberal slant that can say nothing wrong with Islam. Even in the New York City area, we see an increase in attacks on Jews, and yet we hear no outrage, no connection with Islam that is easily seen by any reporter.
