Parents fight back as schools jam mandatory LGBT lessons on kids
Parents in the United Kingdom infuriated by mandatory LGBT lessons in public schools have launched an organization and a petition demanding the right to exempt their children from the indoctrination.

The Premier broadcast network in the U.K. reports the organization is called OCOFOR, Our Children Our Faith Our Rights. Members recently staged a demonstration at Parliament Square insisting the government allow them to opt children out of the LGBT lessons.

The online petition warns that society "in the process of liberating the LGBTQ community," is snatching away "the rights of Christians who chose to live according to biblical views and other religious groups regarding homosexuality." ...

Great point, JAG. Homeschooling is still legal and relatively unrestricted in the UK according to HSLDA:

https://hslda.org/content/hs/international/UnitedKingdom/default.asp

It worked for your family and is working well in ours!

Yes, it is a Jesus of their own manufacture, not the Jesus of the Bible, not the God of the Bible. A good confession that any Christian can and should make, includes the many several aspects of the character of God, from his holiness and justice, to his grace and mercy, not being unbalanced either way, but seeking to declare the full counsel of God, in all of his ways.

Sinners will never really know God's hatred of sin, unless God's Spirit enlightens them and frightens them with an understanding of God's eternal justice, and what 'life' will be like in a lake of fire, and that for all eternity; it is eternal punishment.

Any sinner convicted of these things and who desires with all his heart to be saved by the Lord, needs to see the value of Christ's sacrifice at Calvary, where he in love died in the room and stead of sinners, bearing their sins and satisfying divine justice.

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.

Ideology means:-
"1. the body of doctrine, myth, belief, etc., that guides an individual, social movement, institution, class, or large group.
2. such a body of doctrine, myth, etc., with reference to some political and social plan, as that of fascism, along with the devices for putting it into operation."

One "ideology" which has gained currency and prominence in the world today is Liberalism; which has "sanctified" sodomite agenda and seeks to cure us from thinking it has anything to do with sin.

The Liberals in churches teach that we sinners ain't that bad after all.
And that the abomination is simply the way some people are "created."

Repentance can be made redundant for some poor sinners who happen to be born quote 'gay' unquote.

Nobody has taught them that hiding behind this lie is actually not a qualification for the truth. 'Gay' does not mean perverted!!

'Gay' christians can be saved ????
At least according to Liberalist religion in some churches. They don't have to drop the abomination - Just sing some nice hymns and donate to a nice charity!!! - OH and be nice!!

Liberalism writes its own version of the Bible and has fabricated its own image of their god. It turns out their god is much more tolerant of sin and sinners.

I think you are right at least in a sizable percentage of school districts, Frank. There was a father who was arrested in Massachusetts for trying to opt his very young daughter out of a sex ed class some years ago now.

As the Progressives push the nation closer and closer to Nazi and post-Nazi Germany in which the state is the owner of children, more and more of this will be happening here in the US.

Note the Marxist terminology of "liberation" in the press snippet above. True liberty, from the penalty for our sins and to have a relationship with the God who made & sustains us, is found only in Jesus Christ.

I remember back in the early 80s I received something from my daughter’s school saying they were going to have a sex education class. I remember going there and objecting to the class based on scripture. That was actually fairly normal back then. I met with the principle and some lady. They both disagreed with me, so I basically told them I wasn’t going to allow my daughter to attend class that day. When the discussion was over, they did agree that she could opt out of the class and do something else during that time period. They were actually going to discuss safe sex and how to put on a prophylactic.

Can anyone imagine my behavior being successful in today’s world; no way.
