I recently met a man from Northern Ireland who was very upset about abortion being forced upon his country, and said he expected that tens of thousands would die, many more than the Troubles he grew up during. Perhaps there will be an opportunity to choose one of either rather than both.
Someone cannot be a practicing homosexual and be part of Christ’s sanctified church. According to the below scriptures, no Christian should be aligned with any church or denomination that supports these movements. Remember Paul’s comments on the individual that was sleeping with his father’s wife.
2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Mark 10:6-9 But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will join to his wife, and the two will become one flesh, so that they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.”
I can't understand any real church that would go against the Lord's teachings on this and not feel convicted. It's not one of the "hard sayings" of the Bible. It is a very PLAIN teaching. Churches that go along with the abominable sin of same sex relations and marriages are being deliberately disobedient to God, and they are without excuse.
