'Historic milestone': Senate confirms 150th Trump judicial nominee
The U.S. Senate confirmed President Trump’s 150th judicial nominee Wednesday, helping to fulfill the president’s campaign promise to remake the federal bench with a conservative bent.

Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham called the number of confirmations a “historic milestone.”

“These conservative judicial appointments will impact our nation for years to come,” the South Carolina Republican said.

Six district court nominees won confirmation Wednesday, bringing the president’s total number of appointed judges to the lower federal courts to 105. Mr. Trump has also appointed 43 circuit court nominees and two Supreme Court justices since taking office. ...

Unqualified Judges'

The last time the ABA's Standing Committee doled out its lowest ranking before Trump was in 2006 when the Bush administration put forth Michael Wallace for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Wallace was Bush's seventh and last judicial nominee deemed unqualified by the group.

In the next 10 years, the committee reviewed more than 600 candidates for federal judicial posts, all of whom were deemed qualified for the bench.

But that streak was broken in October when the ABA ranked Trump nominee Charles Goodwin unqualified. A month later, three more of Trump's nominees—Leonard Grasz, Holly Teeter, and Brett Talley—received the same ranking.

To put that in perspective, there were only seven nominees deemed unqualified during President George W. Bush's eight years in office. Trump is more than halfway there 11 months into his term....

Now this article is nearly two years old I wonder if any more of trumps picks have failed ABA muster ⁉️

Interesting how the liberal party is forever race-baiting, and twisting and contorting comments to suit their agendas, to fool the mis-informed, low-information, ignorant American public with their outrageous lies. They act as if they are the pillars of truth, morality, and all for the people, when they are the very ones who divide this nation with their lies, breed hatred, and keep the racial divide wide open and bleeding. They blame conservatives for the very things their own hatred incites, and it's so crystal clear, but with mainstream media in their court to spin all of the outrageousness, and with the Washington conservatives being so passive, they continue to get away with it.

Racism? Hatred? Divisiveness? The focus should be on the Washington liberals, but it all gets deflected the other way, thanks to creative spin, double-speak, outright lies, and a big media voice for the assist.

Jim, you may have forgotten that one of Mr. Trump’s campaign promises was to appoint conservative judges. This is not racism. It is merely keeping his word. He didn’t say “If you like your insurance, you can keep your insurance” while lying through his teeth. Are you saying that telling the truth is racist, but telling lies is inclusivity?

Jim would you say that the fact that 95% of blacks voted for Obama; that was racism?

Sorry, if this fellow is not racist, he would not be judging the color of the appointed judges' skin.

Cheadle became widely known in June 2016 when Trump, then a presidential candidate, pointed to him at a rally in Redding, Calif. and said, “Look at my African American over here. Look at him. Are you the greatest?”
Cheadle said he is especially unhappy with the racial makeup of the president’s judicial nominations. Trump often gets loud applause at campaign rallies for touting how many judges his administration has been able to get confirmed by the Senate. But an Associated Press analysis has found that 91 percent of Trump’s nominees are white, and 81 percent are male.

Cheadle said he wouldn’t use the term “racist” to describe the president but believes he has a “white superiority complex.”

“When you look at his appointments for the bench: White, white, white, white white, white, white,” Cheadle said. “That to me is really d****g to everybody else because no one else gets a chance because he’s thinking that the whites are superior, period.”....

I believe this is what happens to Jim from Lincoln when he hears the truth.

He gets a blank look in his eyes; shakes his head a couple of times and then takes up where he left off.

The only question I have had over the years is if he is a paid troll or someone who does it because of pure ideology. As an aside, he has never answered that question.

I know you didn’t read your post very closely, Jim. Didn’t you mean to say “People for the Communist Way?” Can’t you find a forum where at least one person agrees with your wacky, leftist, anti-God views?

The Washington Times save the best for the very last and I do mean the last paragraph ❗
Alex Swoyer wrote:
“As of today’s confirmation votes, Trump and McConnell have confirmed 150 judges to the federal bench — a group that can overwhelmingly be described as narrow-minded and elitist, favoring corporations and the powerful over the interests of all Americans,” said Marge Baker, executive vice president of the People for the American Way.

Very few impartial people in this group, Frank. 👎

I didn't read the article.

Even though most of us know that “justice” is supposed to be impartial and blind. So in a sense, it shouldn’t make any difference whether our judges at any level are democrat or republican.

But we also know that justice is twisted and perverted in our society. Many of the rich and famous are given a pass and many of the poor are not. Just think of OJ and the Clintons right off the top of my head.

Job 8:3 Doth God pervert judgment? or doth the Almighty pervert justice?

Isaiah 59:14 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.

But, I thank my Lord and Savior for His justice in all matters. IOW, the perversions of justice that we all see will be rectified fully and completely by our Lord.
