The U.S. Senate confirmed President Trumpâs 150th judicial nominee Wednesday, helping to fulfill the presidentâs campaign promise to remake the federal bench with a conservative bent.
Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham called the number of confirmations a âhistoric milestone.â
âThese conservative judicial appointments will impact our nation for years to come,â the South Carolina Republican said.
Six district court nominees won confirmation Wednesday, bringing the presidentâs total number of appointed judges to the lower federal courts to 105. Mr. Trump has also appointed 43 circuit court nominees and two Supreme Court justices since taking office....

The last time the ABA's Standing Committee doled out its lowest ranking before Trump was in 2006 when the Bush administration put forth Michael Wallace for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Wallace was Bush's seventh and last judicial nominee deemed unqualified by the group.
In the next 10 years, the committee reviewed more than 600 candidates for federal judicial posts, all of whom were deemed qualified for the bench.
But that streak was broken in October when the ABA ranked Trump nominee Charles Goodwin unqualified. A month later, three more of Trump's nomineesâLeonard Grasz, Holly Teeter, and Brett Talleyâreceived the same ranking.
To put that in perspective, there were only seven nominees deemed unqualified during President George W. Bush's eight years in office. Trump is more than halfway there 11 months into his term....

Now this article is nearly two years old I wonder if any more of trumps picks have failed ABA muster âď¸
Interesting how the liberal party is forever race-baiting, and twisting and contorting comments to suit their agendas, to fool the mis-informed, low-information, ignorant American public with their outrageous lies. They act as if they are the pillars of truth, morality, and all for the people, when they are the very ones who divide this nation with their lies, breed hatred, and keep the racial divide wide open and bleeding. They blame conservatives for the very things their own hatred incites, and it's so crystal clear, but with mainstream media in their court to spin all of the outrageousness, and with the Washington conservatives being so passive, they continue to get away with it.
Racism? Hatred? Divisiveness? The focus should be on the Washington liberals, but it all gets deflected the other way, thanks to creative spin, double-speak, outright lies, and a big media voice for the assist.
Jim, you may have forgotten that one of Mr. Trumpâs campaign promises was to appoint conservative judges. This is not racism. It is merely keeping his word. He didnât say âIf you like your insurance, you can keep your insuranceâ while lying through his teeth. Are you saying that telling the truth is racist, but telling lies is inclusivity?

Jim would you say that the fact that 95% of blacks voted for Obama; that was racism?

Trump often gets loud applause at campaign rallies for touting how many judges his administration has been able to get confirmed by the Senate. But an Associated Press analysis has found that 91 percent of Trumpâs nominees are white, and 81 percent are male.
Cheadle said he wouldnât use the term âracistâ to describe the president but believes he has a âwhite superiority complex.â
âWhen you look at his appointments for the bench: White, white, white, white white, white, white,â Cheadle said. âThat to me is really d****g to everybody else because no one else gets a chance because heâs thinking that the whites are superior, period.â....

I know you didnât read your post very closely, Jim. Didnât you mean to say âPeople for the Communist Way?â Canât you find a forum where at least one person agrees with your wacky, leftist, anti-God views?
The Washington Times save the best for the very last and I do mean the last paragraph â

Even though most of us know that âjusticeâ is supposed to be impartial and blind. So in a sense, it shouldnât make any difference whether our judges at any level are democrat or republican.
But we also know that justice is twisted and perverted in our society. Many of the rich and famous are given a pass and many of the poor are not. Just think of OJ and the Clintons right off the top of my head.
Job 8:3 Doth God pervert judgment? or doth the Almighty pervert justice?
Isaiah 59:14 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
But, I thank my Lord and Savior for His justice in all matters. IOW, the perversions of justice that we all see will be rectified fully and completely by our Lord.
