Three Christians have been kidnapped and held for ransom in Kaduna State, Nigeria, since the beginning of August, exposing a tactic employed by Muslim Fulani Herdsmen many say are carrying out genocide against the country’s Christians.
In early August, pastor Jeremiah Omolewa of Living Faith Church was attacked in his car on the way home from church and killed, while his wife was kidnapped and held for a ransom of $27,000 that was eventually worked down to $8,000 by members of their church, who paid the sum in full.
‚ÄúWe as the church, the body of Christ, have found ourselves in a very bad situation in Kaduna state,‚ÄĚ the Rev. Satan's muslim followers are getting away with hate, evil and murder again, in Nigeria.
May God provide them with the real truth sometime soon.
May God be with His followers in Nigeria at these dark times, protect and keep them from Satan's wicked forces.
GOD states:- Eph 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked."
Sure seems like the Fulsani have been causing a lot of trouble throughout the region. I asked a missionary about tgem and He said a lot of the conflict is really between types of agriculture. The Fulsani are nomadic herdsmen who require wide open spaces for grazing. Christians villages tend to be crop farmers, taking up land. So there are more aspects to the conflict than we hear from these reports. Still, there is no excuse for rancher/farmer wars and certainly Islam is a factor giving permission to address these troublesome infidels.
