Most atheists believe in the supernatural, despite trusting science
Belief in the supernatural is still alive and kicking, even among people who don’t believe in a god. Research on atheists and agnostics around the world has revealed that almost nobody can claim to completely reject irrational beliefs such as life after death, astrology, and the existence of a universal life-force.
The UK-based Understanding Unbelief project interviewed thousands of self-identified atheists and agnostics from six countries – Brazil, China, Denmark, Japan, US and UK. It found that despite their godlessness, a majority believe in at …...
"Random’ or ‘chance’ Events – Casting lots, the outcome is seen as being determined by God. Proverbs 16:33 [Grudem, p.318]
• Events fully caused by God and fully caused by the creature as well. It is possible to give a natural explanation for all the above eg. grass growing, throws of the dice. It could even be possible to give a minute explanation of how the events came about. However just because we can give a rational explanation of why things happen it doesn’t meant that God is also the cause. Events are not partly caused by God and partly caused by things in the natural world. Biblical view is that such events are entirely caused by God yet also are entirely caused by factors in creation. The doctrine of concurrence affirms that God directs and works through the distinctive properties of each created thing, so that these things themselves bring about the results we see. We can therefore affirm that events are 100% God cause and 100% creature caused as well. [Grudem, p.319]"
Atheists are the first to say "RIP" aka Rest in Peace. Well how do they know they are "resting", or in "peace", it takes total faith to believe they are resting or in peace whatsoever. They don't have faith in God, yet they are hypocrites and have faith in the dead resting in peace, something which they don't see or have proof of either neither can ever have proof of.
2 Corinthians 2:14-17 KJV (14)Â Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. (15)Â For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: (16)Â To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things? (17)Â For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

Right QC...God Himself says that none of His creation can deny Him. The words might come out from their mouths, and they may have convinced themselves, but they need to work real hard to keep the reality of Him actively supressed. I think the thing with Athiests runs parallel to the Satanists, where denying the God of the Bible, or in the case of Satanists, worshipping the murderer, who they believe is the real power, gives them all a great sense of freedom to do as they will, without any fear of judgement, or sense of wrong. Denying God releases them from the constrictions of sin; of right and wrong, etc. Those are my thoughts, anyway.
Unfortunately for them, they'll find out one day how wrong they were. Sad thing.
