A third of pregnancies for women in early 20s aborted in England and Wales
New government data show that nearly one-third of pregnancies among women aged 20 through 24 in England and Wales resulted in abortions in 2017.
The finding comes from data published by the United Kingdom’s Office for National Studies, which found that 33.2 percent of pregnancies for women in their early-20s end in abortion. That number is up about .6 percentage points from 2016.
Overall, 22.7 percent of conceptions in women of all ages in England and Wales resulted in an abortion, which represents an increase of about .9 percentage points from the year before and a 6.5 percent increase since 1997....
I see on tonight's TV listings that the PBS news program, "Frontline" will deal with the 'Abortion Divide' which I will guess means they will present the 'human' case in favor of abortion. I doubt they will present any other case; they are a liberal news media.
The social architecture of most western countries believe that if you have a liberal abortion policy, there will be less crimes as trans generational criminal activity began with an outlaw grandfather who begot a outlaw son who begot an outlaw daughter who aborted her future outlaw children. The idea that this works best in African American neighborhoods is no reflection on the liberal social architecture of what progressives think about people of culture. So you go with your social architectural thesis, no man has a soul as there is no God. That is the world’s answer to sin ... without a cross, a tomb or a Risen Savior.

Switzerland had the lowest abortion rate at 5 per 1,000 women. The U.S. rate is 13 per 1,000 women, the same as Britain's, the report found. Colombia and Mexico had abortion rates of 34 per 1,000 women. Pakistan’s estimated abortion rate was the highest at 50 per 1,000 women.... .... The report from Guttmacher, which studies reproductive health issues, found rates of both abortions and of unintended pregnancies have fallen worldwide.
“Improved contraceptive use, and in turn, declines in unintended pregnancy rates are the likely driver behind the worldwide decline in abortion rates,” Susheela Singh, vice president for international research at the Guttmacher Institute, said in a statement.

âś“There seems to be an argument about percentages. There doesn't seem to be an argument at least for undeveloped countries of abortions going up?
