One-third of Americans don't believe 6 million Jews murdered
Almost one-third of American adults believe that significantly less that 6 million Jews were murdered in the Holocaust, according to a recent survey conducted ahead of Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day).

The survey, conducted by Schoen Consulting on behalf of The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, found that 70% of US adults say fewer people seem to care about the Holocaust than they used to. 58% believe something like the Holocaust could happen again.

According to the survey, 11% of all US adults and 22% of millennials haven’t heard of, or are not sure they have heard of the Holocaust. ...

I think this has more to do with a general ignorance of history than anything else...

The average critter living in the US doesn't really know anything about what happened before (s)he was born. Which is one reason why the younger generations are embracing Socialism/Communism...

We got a long road ahead of us...

Satan uses deception in many ways to deconstruct Christianity and Bible doctrines.

Using sin in the reprobate he casts doubts upon history simply to spread and boost doubt in society.

Subsequently his deceptive works brings the reprobate into doubt everything and hence he relies upon sinner tainted human abilities.

The cunning of Satan.
Gen 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"

Good points, 'Neil from Tucson.'
I see that we regularly see religiously-oriented news items like this around this time of the year, just like TV networks airing those old Bible-based movies like "The Ten Commandments' and even radio stations will air special programs on Good Friday. Wall Street and many banks will also reduce their hours on Good Friday.
One story we will not see is about how many Jews in the US do not believe in God, which I have read is about one-third. Many of them say God deserted them at the Holocaust, so it proves there is no God. In the book, 'Rise and Kill First' about Israel's secret service agency Mossad, many Jews there believe self-action is better than what happened in the Holocaust, so that's why they have this 'tit for tat' strategy for dealing with attacks from Palestinians or any other enemy.

You all accept the survey results without question. Please note who sponsored it: "The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany." Not exactly a disinterested party.

If the survey firm found contrary results implying everything was dandy, do you think they'd be hired again? "He who Pays the Piper Calls the Tune." It's a Conflict of Interest, no matter how much we may agree that the Holocaust is worth remembering.

Same issue with accounting firms hired by publicly-traded corporations.

This is very sad news indeed. Someone must not be watching PBS TV network that yearly airs special programs on the Holocaust. And they have not been reading Christopher Browing's excellent (but very depressing) book on one segment of the Holocaust, called 'Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland'
And this might explain why anyone can say bad things about Christians, but the second they say something bad about Jews, they are automatically punished as an Anti-Semite. The only good thing about this is that Jews do not 'lean on' this beneficial treatment like blacks do. We all know that the previous US President could not be criticized for anything because the critic would automatically be called a racist--and blacks know they can 'play the Race Card' anytime they get into trouble.

Utter ignorance, and blindly believing the likes of the Farrakhan types, and others who deny it ever even took place, much less in reduced numbers. Reminds me of the same foolish people who still insist today that some of the school massacres, such as Sandy Hook, etc., never even happened. Ridiculousness. Just those two, the Holocaust, and Sandy Hook, would be quite the conspiracy feat, considering how many people, and kids, were involved in their "phoney" productions, and to what end? Why? Such nonsense.

This article contains an interesting video on the use of virtual reality to see if a person is guilty or not.

The video has slightly disorientated editing, but still very informative.

This is hardly surprising considering that millions of Americans actually thought Hillary Clinton would have made a good president.

Wisdom crieth without: she uttereth her voice in the streets. She calleth in the high street, among the prease in the enterings of the gates, and uttereth her words in the city, saying, O ye foolish, how long will ye love foolishness? and the scornful take their pleasure in scorning? and the fools hate knowledge? (Turn you at my correction: lo, I will pour out my mind unto you, and make you understand my words.) Because I have called, and ye refused: I have stretched out mine hand, and none would regard. But ye have despised all my counsel, and would none of my correction, I will also laugh at your destruction, and mock when your fear cometh. When your fear cometh like sudden desolation, and your destruction shall come like a whirlwind: when affliction and anguish shall come upon you, then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer: they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me, because they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord. They would none of my counsel, but despised all my correction. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. For ease slayeth the foolish, and the prosperity of fools destroyeth them. But he that obeyeth me, shall dwell safely, and be quiet from fear of evil. - Proverbs 1:20-3

I'd like to think your right, YIA. However, the culture in the US was trending toward extreme nihilism over the last few decades. My sense is that many things have failed the youth over those generations, including their biological parents' marriage to each other, the concept of college being a door to the American dream, the prospect of medical science actually curing people they know, and the death of too many friends from drugs, suicide, accidents, etc. While we know that all this groaning is really just a result of the Fall (Romans 8) and the Lord will carry us through the floods and fire (Isaiah 43), they don't have that. What they have is each other. So with truth being relative and support for Israel not a trendy topic on college campuses, now we have widespread denial of the Holocaust.

Truth is a close cousin to Wisdom, and Wisdom still cries out for people to follow her (Proverbs 1).

Most if not all people that attend a mosque anywhere have a tendency to hate Israel, and blame the Jew for taking over Palestine. I would assume they represent a large portion in this study.
