Kavanaugh Cleared of Wrongdoing in Senate Judiciary Committee Investigation
The Senate Judiciary Committee cleared Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of all wrongdoing on Saturday, noting that they found “no verifiable evidence” to support sexual misconduct allegations levied against him during his confirmation hearing in September.
Kavanaugh was confirmed into the Supreme Court in September despite facing sexual misconduct allegations by three women.
Kavanaugh’s main accuser, professor of psychology at Palo Alto University Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, accused the judge and his friend Mark Judge of sexually assaulting her and attempting to rape her at a high school party in the 1980s.
These allegations led to a supplemental FBI investigation into the judge, which yielded no evidence of wrong doing on the judge’s part....
Any man, accused of a “out in left field” accusation, regarding, a look, or a lie, is prone to be suspect. I believe things are not going to get any better. Allister Begg had an interesting point, pluralism is only tolerant of pluralism. Any man who says that Jesus is the way the truth and life and no one comes to the Father but through Me. And men falsely accused are on an uphill fight, simply because, that’s the world we live in.
I love how the far left continues to demonize someone as guilty that has only been accused... not proven guilty, not even going to trial— but accused by people that have no credible evidence that the incidents took place. These unjust liberals continue to rail against him as being a horrible person because someone came out of the woodwork and said “look this happened to me a really long time ago.“ I think anyone who is ever suffered a false accusation truly understands the deep hurt that Kavanaugh and his family has went through— and those Who automatically believe these accusers that have testimonies that don’t always agree might consider a very famous trial that took place with accusers whose testimony did not agree… And that was Christ’s … Ask yourself, who are you more like right now?
Perhaps Bozo on the Federalist Society list, Timothy? ...

This is certainly more than a consultation (What do you think of Judge X?). The Federalist Society crossed a line when it came up with a list to which the president would restrict himself. As a hypothetical, let’s assume leaders of the AFL-CIO handed President Barack Obama a list of 10 judges who were the only possible Supreme Court nominees. Obama picked nominees from the hypothetical AFL-CIO list; does anyone think it would be appropriate for those justices to sit on labor-related cases?
Whether it is the Federalist Society, the AFL-CIO, ExxonMobil, Tom Steyer or the ACLU — no private group should have that influence without full disclosure. And a justice who faces a case involving those who hand-picked him or her must recuse....

... I wouldn't use the above source as my exclusive one like Trump did, apparently there are a few bozos on it.
The following story is an interesting side note to the above. This woman took more action than some others have. This makes it interesting article in itself.
It does go to show that there were better people than Brett Kavanaugh to pick for the Supreme Court. But such poor pickings has happened in the past and probably will happen again in the future.

I submitted my statement to the senators because I didn’t want to find myself having to explain to my daughters why I didn’t stand up to Brett Kavanaugh the second time around. At Heitkamp headquarters in Bismarck, I’ve met four other women—from New York and Illinois as well as North Dakota—who volunteered because of what they saw in Kavanaugh’s testimony. Like me, they don’t want to sit and do nothing....
