Pro-abortion study shows sharp decline in abortions
According to studies by the federal government and Planned Parenthood-associated Guttmacher Institute, the rate of abortion, while remaining high, has dropped 25 percent between 2008 and 2014.
The researchers attribute the lower abortion rate to improvements in contraception use but left out of the report are other factors, including the accomplishments of the pro-life movement, and laws such as parental involvement and informed consent laws.
