Magistrates under Fire for Refusing to Marry Gay Couples
Gay couples in North Carolina have filed a lawsuit which seeks to overturn North Carolina’s provision for the religious freedom of civil magistrates.
According to CBN News, three gay couples are filing the lawsuit after the magistrates declined to marry them based on the magistrates’ beliefs that marriage is between one man and one woman.
