At a press conference in the Rose Garden alongside German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Mr. Obama ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to conduct an analysis of death penalty cases and procedures across the nation.
‚ÄúI‚Äôve said in the past there are certain circumstances in which a crime is so terrible that the application of the death penalty may be appropriate ‚ÄĒ mass killings, the killings of children. But I‚Äôve also said that in the application of the death penalty in this country we have seen significant problems ‚ÄĒ racial bias, uneven application of the death penalty, situations in which there were individuals on death row who later were discovered to have been innocent,‚ÄĚ the president said. ‚ÄúAll of these, I think, do raise significant questions about how the death penalty is being applies, and this situation in Oklahoma just highlights the significant problems there. I‚Äôll be discussing with Eric...
He just questions why lethal injection will ruin human organs which could otherwise be harvested by beheadings.
"And I Saw The Souls Of Them That Were Beheaded For The Witness Of Jesus, And For The Word Of God, And Which Had Not Worshipped The Beast, Neither His Image, Neither Had Received His Mark Upon Their Foreheads, Or In Their Hands; And They Lived And Reigned With Christ A Thousand Years." Revelation 20:4d-j

Jim Lincoln wrote: these emissaries of Satan talking through their funny shaped hats when they attacked the death penalty?
Jim "1Sa 5:4 And when they arose early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the ground before the ark of the LORD; and the head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were cut off upon the threshold; only the stump of Dagon was left to him".
I`am thinking that`s where they got the funny shaped hats!.
sTRAT, it's official policy of the Romish Church to be against the death penalty, His Unholiness John Paul II was quite active at having it abolished around the world,
His Unholiness Pope JPII wrote: ... the principle set forth in the new Catechism of the Catholic Church remains valid: 'If bloodless means are sufficient to defend human lives against an aggressor and to protect public order and the safety of persons, public authority must limit itself to such means, because they better correspond to the concrete conditions of the common good and are more in conformity to the dignity of the human person.

There will be authority but it will be the authority of evil over good,we are losing the whole concept of guilt and are beginning to view both innocence and guilt as being one in the same and that all are victims,a man commits a crime and he is viewed as being as much a victim as his victim is.
The innocent are punished everyday by the crimes commited against them and then again by the system that cares nothing about them but prefers instead to focus on the rights of the criminal.
The law should bring the wrath of God and the people down on criminals to the point they wish they were never born and it used to be that way....but no more.
The beginning of the end of justice by the Democrat Liberals. (Of course) Liberalism does not want justice and punishment or any authority.
Like the UK who has zero justice and murderers, rapists, terrorists and paedophiles are returned to society after a ridiculous short sentence in prison. America is going down the slippery slope to NO authority.
Nations which are rejected by God slowly decline into lawless states which is where the UK is going. Even their churches are morally corrupt.
Whatever one feels about the death penalty, this is another case of the pres involving himself in the diminishment of the authority of the states. Does anyone seriously think he actually cares about individuals?
