He is predicting that an eschatological “end” will take place in 2011.[1] After Edgar Whisenant’s 88 Reason Why the Rapture is in 1988 failed to deliver on its promise to predict the week of Jesus’ return, I thought that date setting had pretty much fallen out of favor with Christians.
