John 6:37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.John 6:44 No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day. John 1:13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Ephesians 1:4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, Ephesians 1:5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, Just so you know I'm Daves son so we have the same IP address so this doesn't cause issues. |

Get real Good morning to me and good evening to u , It's Dave from oz on my sons phone. God loves you and I love you as a sister in Christ, Oh how I pray that I might be there to protect you, it's awful when your kids are addicts I know first hand dear sister, such a tearing in half of your emotions, I know I pray constantly that my daughter will get off the alcohol and I think it's ice that she takes, I feel so angry sometimes and my prayers drift to frustrated thought at the fact of what's happening to my grandsons, then God floods my thoughts with love and forgiveness for my daughter. Unlike you I'm not in physical danger. Father, lord in heaven, keep our sister from Wisconsin safe, Lord you better than any know the situation , lord I pray for a mighty works of the Holy Spirit in the sons life, lord ,father I pray for safety and comfort for the daughters in this environment , Through Jesus I come to you father . Amen |

John UK wrote: Rather perhaps you should study the Bible, where we find the wonderful doctrines of the innocent shedding blood in the place of the guilty. This is found in both testaments, and makes a great study. You have already quoted that without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness; how is it that God is able to forgive sins while remaining perfectly just and carrying out the penalty for sin? Forget the Reformers, just focus on the Bible, and you'll be just fine, which is what I hope for you. But I would be very interested to know how you answer the above question. The Ransom Theory of Atonement was the general doctrine of the Early Church and for the following 1000 yrs of history. Christ purchased our redemption as a ransom, a sin offering. It is foolish to suggest that animals in the OT were "punished" in place of man. It is by the shedding of blood itself that remission is obtained. It is not therefore punishment, but ransom, reconciliation, or payment. Penal substitution is simply a means, a perversion, along with the fallacy of Original Sin, to negate biblical repentance. |

John UK wrote: You are a heretic following a heretic. Truly I counsel you to get away from that ridiculous website which took you 6 years of web trawling to find, and stick around and listen to some of the great messages here, beginning with Charles Spurgeon, whom your ridiculous heretic teacher regards as a heretic. The fact that you evaluate me as having a Phariseeical state of mind proves to me that you are not thinking clearly, nor judging correctly. Indeed, if you consider me as speaking from an evil spirit rather than the Spirit of God, you yourself are in danger of committing the unpardonable sin, and I would not wish that on you. Rather I would that you ceased from censuring everyone here as hellbound sinners, and engaged properly rather than subterfuginally. Absurd. Perhaps you should study the history books. Nobody taught Penal Substitution until the 11th century. It was developed by the Reformers into the heresy we have today, AND HAS CONTINUALLY BEEN THE SUBJECT OF CRITICISM ON BIBLICAL, MORAL AND LOGICAL GROUNDS.Thus ye make the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition (Mark 7:13). |

John UK wrote: Example: "The LIE of Substitution, Hook, Line and Sinker! The awful Blasphemy of Christ becoming Sin and suffering the Wrath of God. Unfounded in early times! The CUP was NOT the cup of God's wrath. The Disciples partook of the SAME Cup....Mk10:38-39, and Wrath is yet to Come if you disobey the Lord. (Rom2:7-8, Eph5:6, Col3:6) Christ offered Himself Without Spot and blameless, no sin was found in Him! (Heb9:14, 1John3:5) The Pure Blood was Payment of Ransom (Mk10:45, 1Tim2:6) to free man from the Corrupting influence of Sin. (Acts26:18) NOT to Cover his future sins! Substitution is a Doctrine out of the Pits of hell. It is appealing to the flesh, but frees NO ONE from their sin." This in response to Spurgeon's "heresies"! It is none other than a denial of substitutionary sacrifice. What tripe! No wonder you had to link to another site, instead of finding a sermon on this one. Jesus was a sin offering, the perfection of the sacrificial system of the Old Testament. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. Of course to you, in your Pharisaical state of mind seered with a hot iron and little to no hope of recovery, it would seem like trype. |
