Zondervan and many (if not most) other Bible publishers outsource the printing of their Bibles to companies which do the printing in China. By purchasing these Bibles, a Christian is effectively supporting the repression of Christians in China since the profits from the printing are going to support the Chinese government.
That would provide some explanation for why the Rhema Bible Training Center graduate pastor fellow gave pause in his serious sermon to crack a smile while pointing out that our Bibles were all printed on rice paper produced in China. It's a bit tough to sum up the Chinese government (and therefore the majority of its people) as a surety to persecute the way the Holy Bible teaches, though, however much they have and or do ditch their calling to glory.

It's not too hard to separate the mix of interests, that is, if we may persuade men of the severity of God. As sure as the Lord says to not be unequally yoked with the wicked (but we should by an equality be yoked together, or otherwise need to go out of the world), and he says, to go the extra mile (which is not to say we must go 5 or 10 miles when asked to go 1). Indeed, we are called to bear our cross, which takes us by love of the truth, and binds us to endure all things and weary ourselves for Jesus' name sake.

In the Early Church (of the early rain of the Holy Ghost), they parted unto all men as every man had legitimate need: with in the Church, No man had overmuch, neither had lack, but had all things common. It is written, and that in the extended, unwavering, tight-rope of the Word of God. Now, whoever is guilty of persecuting the just, they will have an extra charge and thrust down into hell: who's interest would that be in? Nobody's. Yet, we have men on all sides who seem to delight in it, while we cloth our children with common clothes off the rack portraying skulls, blood, and bones: which are nowhere near blessing in the name of the Lord with a spirit of peace.

The Scriptures allow for us to look many moves ahead, but, without the Lord's Holy Spirit giving us the ability and perception, these things will profit nothing.

Watching Star Wars, I remember seeing when command order 66 was given which caused the clone army to turn on the jedi knights. Another picture showed Yoda with a cell phone-like communication transmission device.

I think the time always at hand when we should incline to the ancient paths, increasing in following the Lord Jesus, and being with him where he is: especially during the time when we will forgo the right to buy and sell.

Read Ezekiel 20:33-38.

Proverbs 23:22 "Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother when she is old. (23) Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding."

It's all a cause of interest to me, as Mart Green opened his hand to the tune of 70 some million dollars to cover for the inequities of Rich Roberts and company around Oral Roberts University. Also because I think fellow-man deals with Mardels Christian bookstore, where they got entire bricks of gold stacked in the form of many copies of the authentike book of the LORD, mostly made up of rice paper, gold leaf, and leather binding, where anyone lacking a good sword will not be able to sell their garment to come up with the price. Why they want to sit upon the stacks and not spread the substance which is abundant (namely the righteousness contained in the Scriptures and God's kingdom) go figure.

And you are the Lord's disciple saying that to me, who am a friend of God, and not of the world? We may never see each other again, but my great contentment and peace is we will have our assessments and estimations for a reminder always: and we shall see what the Lord will answer us, very very soon.

Why? did we not see the works that our Father in heaven himself doeth? or did he die from cancer as carnal from receiving too much burnt offerings at the hands of people that needed forgiveness on a continual basis? but if it is not a matter of a sprinkling of a little smoke, then most certainly the burden of our speeches are the offerings, and our lips are altars to the LORD, no escape.

Ah, you brothers are a surety to always be selling-out us meek of the earth. The time and place shall come when you will desire the benefits of the herb yielding seed, or if not, you will most certainly desire the right to those benefits, for such is mandatory to enter into righteousness, among other things.

Whew! With some of the "logic" that is being thrown around about liberty, love and don't judge one might imagine God is so leinent that the Cross is just a big joke, and that Jesus is coming back for a cool hip hop whore deaf to the voice of the Savior because of the party going on NOT a pure spotless holy bride, purchased out of sin, washed clean from the defiling filth of this fallen and perverse world.
Eh? be not as the horse, Michael, which needs to be held back lest he come near unto thee with his teeth. Nothing is unclean of itself, sobriety is intact, moderation is maintained, and I am clean of the sin of presumption, which seems to be the drug of choice going around among some of you.

This is milk and cookies, and you can't make sense of it? Then how are you going to join those of us who partake of the meat which the Lord will deal to his household? or how can you understand the whole Bible and be a master in Israel, and not understand? Proverbs say that wisdom enters into the hearing of the wise more than stripes enter into the back of fools. Try letting the words sink into your ears.

Uh...I am really having a hard time understanding 'rhymn dude'...am I the only one? I guess pot and rap music does much to make one "think on these things..." as long as they are happy things.
It's so funny how the shoe only fits one way. It's not okay for me to "judge" you but it's okay for you to "judge" me. I speak out of love, you speak out of defensiveness. And just the fact that the more you write the more you are trying to sound like a "white educated man", the more those reading your comments realize just how messed up you are.
Like Kenny said, why on earth would anyone want rap in any true church? Because it tickles the senses and scratches the fleshly ears of our human nature. Amongst the musical instruments and choirs of heaven, there will be PID doing their thang'...word up!
hey hey man, I for one am set for the equality of the brethren, and am willing to live and die in defense of the Gospel of Christ. But you brothers may carry on blurting out error in the sight of the Living God: I'll be out from hence. Good night. -----

Joe Protestant, rather, if there are any things of good report, think on those things. That's what I'm doing. Now If you were being fair minded, and likewise sharp witted by saying thus, and not rather wanting to be mean to those of us who are so disposed and at liberty, then why, you may be the fittest to raise up yourself in judgment after all!

The one true Lord God in heaven do so unto me and more also if I am lying, or seeking to send you on your way down. But I am not the man to refute every conjured up half-bit rendition of knowledge that turns up from the waves of your search. Yes, the world lieth in sin from day one, but you are taking your quasi-knowledge (which everyone can account for perversions and smokescreens coming from demons, or take it hook line and sinker for all that I can try to stop it) and using it to seek to muzzle the ox.

btw: you are rapping right now, man....

Okay fellow, I yield to your lack of comprehension. But You did ascertain that bold speeches and swift communications put over music does not serve God's will to the glory of Jesus Christ. You, my fellow, have judged this great matter all in a couple of bites, when other brothers (such as myself) would certify that Hip Hop is in fact greatly involved in the Lord's Biblical, spiritual, and brotherly calling (such as it was our first love, and present when the Lord revealaed himself to us) on our lives. Now, let us level with each other: do you not understand, or, are you just refusing our testimony?

Me and my bros rap to each other, that is, to reason strongly, to vibe out, to be heart felt, to ramble a string of sentences, and to bring the understanding to a head. Hip hop (maschil, prophesying) is among the fittest of forms for the ministers which are as flames of fire, and to drill the Lord's hypocrites, to administer commandments to attentive listeners, and otherwise to appeal to the brethren, opening the dark sentences over the strings and keys: altogether for men and brethren to begin to bear out the treasure of their heart. FITTEST, and that, BY THE SCRIPTURES.

It's a two edged question, and the Spirit of truth has an answer for both. For starters, the context was in the concepts of men, as the article was asking the question in terms democracy: which we all know is the form that allows for various corporations, which are then exploited by the Whore and the Beast, as the people give their strength to those kings of the south and north, and align themselves under the banner of freedom, and burden themselves as they see fit.

Proverbs 27:3 "A stone is heavy, and the sand weighty; but a fool's wrath is heavier than them both."

Now for as many in Egypt as take up the holy covenant, and worship the Lord God in spirit and truth according to the Gospel (while offering at Jerusalem is not required before the kingdom of Israel is restored, for one thing), they may through Christ Jesus have access into the commonwealth of the spiritual kingdom of Israel. If they were to proclaim liberty, and follow the pattern fit for the situation, found in the Scriptures of a truth, they may be the Israel of God.
