So what are we supposed to do? Well God's word is clear do not be unequally yoked. See we can't have it both ways if Christians really and truly take this stand we need to leave the public schools. Create or Join Christain schools that are affordable, home schooling's fine but they are picking away at that. Make sure the schools are structured to meet the state's graduation and college entrance requirements. I forget the name but in California (of all places) there is a school district that is all Christian schools. Right! a whole school district of Christian schools. Remember God told Lot to leave Sodom not to stay because he new the influence it had ala Lot's wife.

Christian's should be transforming lives not institutions. Jesus nor Paul overturned the governments of their times. But they converted citizens of that government. Was it great when as a nation we all had a healthy fear of the LORD YES. But as we see currently as a whole the nation has turned it back on GOD. They elected a president which I pray for daily who's beliefs border on insanity when held up to biblical scrunity.

Folks using the Christmas theme as a backdrop to leave the public schools is ignorant. As all educated people know Christmas is a pagan holiday. It's like the term Christan Hip Hop or Christian Rock. Anything that starts in the world is of the father of lies and deception satan. If you think that you will separate out wickedness by removing a child from public schools then what we are saying is we do not trust God for the salvation of our children. You can't educate God into the lives of children. My child attends a private school which is a denominaton that is not of the same as mine. But the reason he goes there is we made a concious decision as a family to give him the best education we could. So we sacrafice. We have seen some of the same issue at his school that public schools experience. That's why it is the fathers responsibility to ensure his family is adhering to the faith and being the family priest.
Amen Brother. Either family members or the Church should support our own. That brings up another point. The amazing part about this Administration is the lack of "Blackness" for all the Black Americans that really toiled, cheated and sweated to get this media darling into office they have nothing to show for their efforts. One key appointee the Attorney General this reminds me of the hiring of Black college coaches. We can still sing and dance ask Aretha. What happen to TD Jakes did not Time run a cover story calling him the next Billy Graham and that article was written by a white writer. Is God really in Christmas and as one of the comments stated. The best thing we can do is not fight over manger and nativity scenes. Just stop having them. Stop pretending that we are celebrating Christ by buying gifts and being used to prop up deparment stores sales for the season. What would happend if all the Christians celebrated on a day in the middle of the week in June and used vacation time etc. This would really show satan we meant business. But as it stands we look ignorant celebrating winter solitce. Personally, I have Christmas daily everyday that I pray, read my bible, study the doctrines and witness to others I am celebrating Christmas daily.

Check it out all Native Americans (in my day Indians) if we remove every symbol of Native American life then your Heritage and Culture will be lost and you will only be known for the sparkling casinos on Native American soil.
