I want us to gird up our loins and be more serious about what’s going on here. We’re supposed to be a people set apart.

Nearly the entire world celebrates this holiday. That should tell us something.

And I might as well add...Stop telling children there is a Santa. How likely are they to take us serious when we tell there there is an all knowing, omnipresent God after they find out they were lied to about Santa Claus for eight years. Who knew when you were sleeping and knew if you’d been bad or good.
