Sermon:
He's After Your Mind
Robbie Dockery

“ Amen ”
My Grandaddy loved the saying….You Can’t help the birds that fly over your head… BUT you don’t have to let them build a nest in your hair. If a bad thought comes to your mind it is your choice whether or not to dwell on it and give it a place to grow. Philippians 4:8 says Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. It is a battle but one worth fighting!

“ The Old Paths are good today ”
It was good to hear there are more who still believe in the good old-time way. My Grandaddy was born in Wise County, Virginia in 1919. He preached this way and my father and my brother still preach it as well. Our church is broadcasting on here as Nebo Free Will Baptist in Missouri. It blessed our hearts to learn of your church. Don’t ever get discouraged. Keep your eyes on Jesus!

So many women I know are frustrated b/c so many men are such jerks. Gaming, porn, alcoholism, drug use, has just made good men fewer! But this can only be combated by good dads discipling their sons!!

“ That was me ”
...I could’ve saved years of counselling if I’d heard this message back then.... Actually, no, I was too out of balance with (diagnosed) depression to have even had it register. And I praise God that today, He’s got me and I am a new creature, nowhere near that person anymore. I love the Lord because...after 23 years saved, this comment box isn’t big enough

“ VOTE LIKE A CHRISTIAN ”
Very good show! Those 10 points really drew the line in the sand for believers. We can't blur the lines anymore with opinions. GOD’S opinion is the STANDARD. Either you with God...or you not. That simple. #VOTE LIKE A CHRISTIAN -Laura

“ QUALITY SPIRITUAL FOOD ”
"You cannot have peace without TRUTH" WELL SAID... I really like Minister Pierce's teaching style and delivery. Not only is the research and scripture application on point, but he does a great job of breaking the information down, giving examples/testimonies, and inserting humor. KNOW THE WORD FOR YOURSELF: In this sermon-and others- Minister Pierce stresses the point of knowing the word of God for yourself so that you can evangelize others and/or contend for the faith. I'll have to check out "Rebellious Parents and Children" this week. I AM EATING WELL. Keep the teachings coming! Laura

“ POWERFUL! ”
I witnessed this one live and in person. The love and power of God flowed through the place! TAG TEAM: Mrs.Dudley got the fire ready by speaking on faith. Then, Minister Dudley delivered the word under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. He personally encouraged me to keep standing in faith for my family to be saved. The tears started to flow, but I kept it together! Haha Minister Dudley,BE ENCOURAGED. Your labor in the word was evident and impactful this day. Keep Going, Laura

“ EXCELLENT Broadcast ”
I am loving the content: Real life issues measured by the word of God. I will be binge watching this week! You guys are talking the straight up TRUTH: A believer DOES NOT live their own life anymore. We stand with God. He found us dead in sin, picked us up, now we live for him. Pastor Dansby had me cracking up, “Buzzards were circling the sky! They KNEW they had me Milton (40 min:4 sec).” Minister Green did not make it no better,” I had one picking at my heels Pastor.” Minister Pierce and Minister Dudley was right there with them acting up! EXCELLENT broadcast: Each host and panelist adds something dynamic to the conversation. They flowed well with each other in the Holy Spirit. Most of all, the word of God was used as the final authority. May the Lord strengthen you all and give more grace for this assignment. SALUTE, Laura

“ OUTSTANDING ”
Wow, I have never heard a sermon with this many layers to it: Capitalism, Economic Empowerment, Social Infrastructure, Social Engineering, etc.- all wrapped within the context of God's TRUTH. This is definitely a spirit-filled teaching....a rich, meaty word for the 'Josephs' out there. In fact, the speaker's viewpoint reflects the mind of Christ concerning dominion- something ALL believers must walk in to represent Christ in the earth. OUTSTANDING, Laura

“ Awesome!! ”
I was privileged to watch the entire broadcast, and I've never seen an ordination service before. Incredibly moving, spiritually, and I'm rejoicing with BBBCJax and Bro. Chris. I was blessed by the entire Jubilee, and if I could, you bet I'd move to Jacksonville to be a part of that church. There's a few Bible-correcting IFB churches around here, but none that are as on fire and 100% faithful to the Book (not "the originals") as J'ville, and P'cola. God bless you!

“ Preach it!! ”
Loved this message. It needs to be said, and it needs to be heard. I know it's Laodicea, but I hate, hate, hate the wimpy, self-focused Christianity that is so prevalent today. The Christianity that says Jesus died not just for our salvation, but because He wants us to be happy. Anti-scriptural trash encouraged by watered down modern versions that have Satan laughing in too many church pews.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Just a note to let you know how much I appreciated this sermon. In my mind, Luke 2:1-7 is forever my Christmas passage because around about the late 1970s, I got to read it (from the KJV) two years in a row in front of the congregation during the Candlelight service at the United church my parents let me attend as a child. I was no more than 10 or 11 years old and my main reason for going to that church was the Youth Choir. (I was 29 when the Lord saved me.) I don't recall ever hearing the passage preached, though, until now.

“ Great Sermon! ”
I was recently reminded of how words endure and how images are temporary. An aged friend is moving, and as she cleaned house, she disposed of a drawer full of photographs because she said all the people in them have died and no one knows who they are anymore. Contrast that with the enduring legacy of the words of past preachers or historical literary writers and it's very telling as to how the Enemy is using his control today. And of course, the words God gave us in the Bible will endure forever, but that doesn't keep the Enemy from trying various means to destroy them.

Sermon:
Put Off, Put On, Put Away
Richard Sowell
1
comment
“ Finally! Thank you! ”
For my twenty years as a Christian, I haven't been as victorious as I'd like to be or ideally should be because I've been "putting off the jacket" and "putting on" a nicer coat instead. I spend so much time being unsuccessful with those two that I've never really gotten as far as "putting away." This explanation is so much easier, and in Christ's strength, attainable. I can "put off" doing those things the flesh demands by waiting till tomorrow because I'm already a highly skilled procrastinator. I can "put on" because as with preaching, so with special music in church and other stuff in life so I know what it is to pretend. That leaves "putting away," and my closets already attest to my ability to accomplish that when I need to tidy up.... Encouraging message. Much appreciated.
