Dear brethren in Christ Jesus,

I posted Scriptures for your encouragement, and edification, as well as my own. I have hoped that those posting, and those reading may have the tools they need to reach out if they are suicidal.

A beloved pastor on SermonAudio many years ago expressed going through dark days where he was tempted to commit suicide.

Sister Delores expressed being encouraged by these Scriptures, and now I am being maligned.

My husband has read, "ladybug's," post which says: "You suggest sc read Jessica's post and learn. I fear Jessica overlooks error for the sake of love, and you eat up posts such as hers because they do not point you to your error."

The posts being referred to, where I am accused of being in error are Christ's own very words: Mark 12:29-34; John 13:34-35. If I had been maligned for speaking my own words, what is that to me? Yet it is not I, who is being maligned, yet Christ.

I suffer from severe childhood head-injuries, and am not able to keep track of which belief, is attached to which alias? I am: shut-in; have an incurable autoimmune disease; and, am unable to care for myself, due to being an invalid.

I no longer have my husband’s blessing to, "stay in this toxic environment," I bid you adieu.

I love you all!

True love does in fact point others to the errors of their beliefs/views. Scripture is to be used for reproof as well, if we do not point others to error, we do not love them.
May you take your own advice and learn from the scriptures and truths that have been given to you.

Jessica,
I appreciate the scriptures you have posted and agree. May i ask you this, who are these directed at? Are you implying someone is not loving in their comments to Dolores? [...]
May God bless you and keep you!

In addition, may The Lord rebuke you (I have no doubt that He will) for your malicious words against me, in my posting Jesus' greatest commandments. Then, turning things around and saying you agree with me, then, show suspicion for my motives in posting the Scriptures.

I do not know what sister Delores believes/teaches, my duty in Christ is to love all the brethren. This is a thread about a Pastor who has died by his own hand. May Christians and unbelievers alike read my posts, and know there is hope.

Greetings beloved, reprove in the spirit of gentleness and meekness, in Christ (speaking the truth in love), else your reproof is useless (Gal 5:15).

"And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye."

— Luke 6:41-42 King James Version (KJV)

"What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?"

— 1 Corinthians 4:21 (KJV)

"And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,

In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will."

— 2 Timothy 2:24-26 (KJV)

"As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear."

— Proverbs 25:12 (KJV)

Jessica, you are a sweet, kind christian woman and thanks so much for the scriptures. Sometimes, we need to be reminded of the important things in God's eyes and if no one else got the message, I did. All the feelings of the flesh just melted away and a feeling of calmness and love and the peace of God came to me. Amazing, how God used you to bring such comfort and blessings. Blessings and peace to you and your loved ones.
Dear Delores beloved in The Lord,

Glory to God in The Highest! Tonight you have both been in my prayers, and an answer to prayers!

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ"

Peace be with you as you trust in Him!

Love & prayers,
Jessica

"And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:

And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question."

Physicians of, Nazi Germany, used people they declared as not having human rights, and did experiments on them, in order to 'advance medicine' for those they considered more worthy of existence.

Have not the doctors of Planned Parenthood: "violated the trust placed in them by humanity"?

"Doctors have always been thought of as the saviors of mankind, the healers, and caretakers of our utter existence. Even ancient civilizations revered the medicine men as having special power to protect life. The trust of a physician is sacred. This is why the practice of medicine by the doctors of the Third Reich is egregious, outrageous, and shocking. The Nazi doctors violated the trust placed in them by humanity. The most painful truth is for the most part the doctors escaped their crimes against Humanity and lived a life, unlike their victims" (Source: ]]Medical Experiments of the Holocaust and Nazi Medicine )

Dear brethren, if you have suicidal temptations, and are not willing to call a crisis-line because you are afraid someone in your community will know who you are, call a crisis-line in another City/State/Province. In addition, perchance the person isn't helpful on the line, call another line. You are important to God, no matter what you are experiencing, or what you have done.

Reach out, and keep reaching! Keep praying and don't lose heart!

If anyone one of us has hatred in our hearts toward any brother or sister, we are guilty of murder in God's eyes.

"Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him."

— 1 John 3:15 King James Version (KJV)

"For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, [...] hateful, and hating one another."

"Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life."

But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. "was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?"

"But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."

— James 2:20-26 King James Version (KJV)

"By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace."

— Hebrews 11:31 (KJV)

"I will not punish your daughters when they play the harlot Or your brides when they commit adultery, For the men themselves go apart with harlots And offer sacrifices with temple prostitutes"

"My people consult their wooden idol, and their diviner’s wand informs them; For a spirit of harlotry has led them astray, And they have played the harlot, departing from their God. They offer sacrifices on the tops of the mountains And burn incense on the hills, Under oak, poplar and terebinth, Because their shade is pleasant. Therefore your daughters play the harlot And your brides commit adultery. I will not punish your daughters when they play the harlot Or your brides when they commit adultery, For the men themselves go apart with harlots And offer sacrifices with temple prostitutes; So the people without understanding are ruined."

"John came to you in the way of righteousness and you did not believe him; but the tax collectors and prostitutes did believe him"

'“But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, ‘Son, go work today in the vineyard.’ And he answered, ‘I will not’; but afterward he regretted it and went. The man came to the second and said the same thing; and he answered, ‘I will, sir’; but he did not go. Which of the two did the will of his father?” They *said, 'The first.' Jesus *said to them, 'Truly I say to you that the tax collectors and prostitutes will get into the kingdom of God before you. For John came to you in the way of righteousness and you did not believe him; but the tax collectors and prostitutes did believe him; and you, seeing this, did not even feel remorse afterward so as to believe him.'"

I am sick to my stomach upon reading that such an excess of donations to Samaritan's Purse, actually goes into Franklin Graham's pocket.

In Canada, in 2014, our Prime Minister received a raise that made headlines. Yet even after his raise, he doesn't make even half the amount as Franklin Graham.

In Canada, politicians are refereed to as "public servants," and if they have a CEO background and want to run for Prime Minister of Canada, they know they are going to have to take a reduction in pay.

In the guise of Christian servitude, I do not understand why Graham should make more than twice as much as a leader of a developed nation?

"The Prime Minister, for example, will receive an extra $163,700, for a total salary of $327,400 in 2014 – a $7,000 raise" (Huffington Post).

Greetings in The Mighty Name of Jesus,

I agree, we can do nothing of ourselves, yet we "can do all things through Christ which strengthens," and, begets you and I, "unto a living hope" (Philippians 4:13; 1 Peter 1:3).

"I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."

Regarding the, 27 Christian asylum seekers, this thread has been judging that they are Roman Catholic by the religious props used by the protesters. The persons in the photos are the group who is calling for release of Chaldean refugees, not the actual refugees themselves. I do not believe that persons can make certainties about the detainees by the photos of them calling for their release. If it is determined that the detainees are indeed Roman Catholic, would persons on this thread have them sent back to be in harms way of ISIS?

With all due respect Jessica,
I to have been witness to much debate on doctrinal issues for 35 odd years now also,
And it always amazes me how many people are offended by this truth of which I've spoken as revealed by Gods word,
As believers, we are required to do the works Jesus commanded us, in order to glorify The Father in Heaven. Yet not all works are ordained of God (Matthew 7:21-29).

The Lord Christ Jesus says, "whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father" (John 14:12).

"We are unprofitable servants"

"But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do."
