excerpt from, "Explaining the numbers behind the rise in reported hate crimes"
It probably would be even better if the Indiana attorney general did pay more attention to the living, while they are still alive❗
No matter how many times you hear it, there's no such thing as hate crime. How a bad guy feels or what he is thinking while committing a crime cannot be known. At best, hate crime is a more self-justifying way of saying thought crime.

It's part of the early winnowing process, that it might be known who are the pastor patties and who the servants of God.

Neither the Communist nor the effeminate will be president, except in their dreams. The debt on the other hand, is a real, unsustainable problem.

Your envy is showing, Jim.

Doc, I am not saying it is an easy one to answer, but I have to ask, If God loves the whole world, why does Jesus limit his intercessory prayers?
John 17:9 KJV
(9)  I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
---
John, a minor observation. In John 17:9, this particular prayer at that moment in time is for the eleven. John 17:12 is fair evidence. It isn't until 17:20 that Jesus prays for others, those being the ones who would believe in him through hearing the word brought to them by the ones he was praying for in v9.

Yes I am still Catholic as I attend Saturday Vigil Mass at the local Catholic parish. I am also a Baptized Baptist who attends the local Baptist Church every Sunday morning.
So what do call yourself, a Baptolic, or a Catholist?

If Franklin Graham is going to be a moralist, why doesn't he come out as stridently against adultery, greed, and lying? Doesn't bring in the big bucks?
So it's strident to say marriage is between a man and a woman? Nice try, but where are the adulterers, the greedy, and the liars trying to keep him from speaking publicly? Deception is not your strong point, Jim.

Apparently the men, and the Oklahoma Legislature pass a lot of foolish bills. I don't see where they ever address the problem. Well, unless they improve Medicaid Have they accounted for the expenses of giving birth? They do have to make giving birth affordable for poor women, for example.
How does being poor prevent women from knowing how not to get pregnant?

To make it perfectly plain, Mike, any candidate that hasn't been impeach is better than one that has been. If I were a die-hard Republican - - which I'm not - - I would have to vote for Mr. Weld.
It's good to know you would never vote for Bill Clinton again.
If I were a Republican, my conscience wouldn't let me vote for Weld.

And how did the Jews to whom Stephen preached always resist the Holy Ghost? Something that’s irresistible cannot be resisted. If it’s resisted, it isn’t irresistible. There is no such animal as “irresistible grace.” You have to eliminate or twist way too much scripture to make any sense out of that.
Remember some feel the words of the US Constitution are pliable, and therefore form a "living document" more suitable for wanting it to say what it doesn't say. In a similar way... . Well, you know.

John UK, I believe your excellent points are not going to bear fruit. I didn't see a direct response to your challenge in post #8 which was very clear and SHOULD make one think. But, as is usually the case with these online debates, direct challenges are sidestepped and the next point in their list is presented instead.
Sad but true.

No one whined when Obama gave out more Presidential Medals of Freedom than any other president, Jim. Or when he gave them to Tom Hanks, Robert De Niro, Ellen DeGeneris, Michael Jordan, Bruce Springsteen, etc. Now there's some that have contributed to the nation, and deserve the nation's highest civilian honor, don't you think?

Well, this just means you need something like Obamacare, which the present President is trying to destroy in his latest budget❗👎
You can be anti-abortion and still support a Universal Health Care Program.
In what way does the existence of sickness demonstrate health is a human right?

Funny how we have our favorite proof texts to prove the false narrative of it's either this or it's that. Makes for cranky saints.

True. No matter how many trillions a Republican is willing to spend, it will never be enough for a Democrat.

No, but if he doesn't repent, he will.

Joel, socialists don't smile because they are basically miserable people whose fondest wish is that everyone else be as miserable as they are.
