without a Creator there is no founding documents.... individual rights were established on the basis of their Creator.this atheist has no moral basis in which to even argue for her any "rights" she might have. as there is no higher law or purpose. and evolution says that design comes from accident and time. evolutionists and atheists have no "right" to claim individual right and worth, including their freedom of speech, other than "I want it, therefore I take it". |

the judaizers were trying to require gentiles to be circumsized into the pharasee order for justification.the covenant of grace is a new people Jew and Gentile saved by faith in Christ. "For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. "But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all." Gal 4:25-26 physical Jerus is in bondage, the one from above is free. if the bible told us to abstain from alcohol as it does from idolatry and sin, then it would be a mandate, but what the bible says is... wine is the symbol of the covenant. "this is my blood shed for you..." |

that's right! I'm offended by sweet wealch's concoction because it is sterilized and does not represent the bitterness of the crushing experience of atonement of my Savior. And its not biblical, because the wine they drank was 2000 years before wealch's diabetic drink.Jesus left us with a process for making foods that does not require 10000 square foot facilities with 20 foot high machines that churn out sterilized concoctions bereft of nutritional value. even when making sauerkraut, salt is added and the cabbage is put through a pressing process by the hand. fermenting is a symbol in itself because the grape is transformed from juice to something new. in the case of sauerkraut, it increases in vitamin c and is preserved, and has a culture that aids the body. fermentation is a good thing, given by God. it is a gift. to be used properly and soberly. and when someone cannot or should not, just as I abstain from certain foods, they should be disciplined. as others have said, its about discipline. sugar is terrible for people, by the way, to argue a more sugary drink is superior, does not work as an argument for me. this is a diabetic country. |
