I voted other. Why? Because Satan’s lie contradicted what Yahweh stated, in 2:17. When Yahweh stated “in”, this is a figure of speech, “synecdoche”, we could say “when’, therefore this refers to what is put for the whole 6 days of His created works. I truly believe that Yahweh knew that man would fall.

However in this contradiction, I will agree that this set forth the foundation of Spiritism and Traditional belief as to death. Therefore I could have easily voted for number 1.

Take note of the 3 types of trees we have, here in Gen. 2, “knowledge” which lead to man’s ruin, we have the cross, Acts 10:39, which leads to man’s redemption, and we have that “Tree of life”, Gen. 2:9, Rev. 2:7 which is man’s regeneration.

By the way, I am one of the many who believe that Eve “did not” a piece of fruit.

The other day I heard a gentlemen talking about the rapture. He then went into Luke.

Luk 17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
Luk 17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Luk 17:36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

He then remarked that this is the same thought as in Matt. 24.

Mat 24:40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Mat 24:41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

He then commented that those that were taken were raptured out.

However, when I read the questions by the disciples in Luke

Luk 17:37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

I assumed that the "where" refers to those taken. If this is correct, how does he get rapture from this?

DJC49, thank you for the kinds words.
However, as far as "stretching it a bit" what is the difference in what I believe in or those that believe that the church will be taken up/raptured before the trib? Can I say that those are "stretching it a bit?"

Lisa, just for the record, I'm not a Messianic Believer. In my personnel research on the prophecies of the Old Testament and those type of patterns set forth by Yahweh, I believe that the 7 Holy Days are prescribed to Yahshua Messiah.
I also beleive that the layout of the Tabernacle was a foreshadowing of the true tabernacle.
Example, when one looks at the design of the elements prescribed, starting on the oustide with the laver of water, and follows this into the Holy of Holies, which represents the Head of the Messiah, we can see a cross desin within. On one side are the candlesticks on the other side the table of bread. Each of these elements represent something within the Messiah.

What does the laver represent to us today? Baptism

Candlestick, the true Light

Table of bread, the bread of life.

Ark of the covenant? You tell me

Yahweh Bless

Faithful Remnant, In my research I find that everything that Yahweh does is for a reason. Paul states that the things of the Old Testament, were an example and/or a shadow for better things to come.

I DO NOT the keep 7 Holy Days, [I assuming this is what you are talking about]as prescribe in the Old Testament.

However, I do see the prophecy which is contianed within these Holy Days. After all they were a shadow of something better to come.

Passover, who is our Passover Lamb? fulfilled

Firstfruit, who was the Firstfruit? fulfilled

Unleavened bread, who is our unleavened bread? fulfilled

Pentecost, what took place on that glorious day? fulfilled

Feast of Trumpets, that final trumpet in which Paul speaks of, and John in Rev. not filled

Atonement, [the six of these feasts, 6 being mans number]what happens after that last trumpet sound? not filled

Feast of Tabernacles that last of the 7 Holy days [7 beings spiritual completness]. In the book of Rev. we read I am the Alpha and Omega. He was born on this day and He shall return on this day. not filled.

OK DJC49, I’ll play your little game.
First of all the 280 days wasn’t from our present day calendar, but from the Hebrew Calendar. OUR Dec. 25 fell on the Hebrew Tebeth1, when you count 280 days from this point you will come to Tisri 15th or the First Day of the Feast of Tabernacles.

Why not 4x7x10? We can use that function. 4 represents “earth”, 7 represents “spiritual completeness”, 10, which is a perfect number, represents “the perfection of Divine order”

So we see that Yahweh’s “Perfect Divine Order”, who brought us into a Spiritual realm came upon this earth on the Feast of Tabernacles

Why not 2x14x10? 2 represents “difference”. Other words if 2 different people agree in testimony it is conclusive. So we have the Father and Son within this. 14 represents a double of 7, so therefore we have a double measure of spiritual perfection. 10 see above.

Here we have 2 different beings, the Father and the Son, which gives us a double portion of spiritual completeness, within that Perfect Divine Order or plan of Yahweh’s salvation for us.

Why not 5x4x14? 5 represents “grace”, 4 see above., and 10 see above.

Here we have that grace of Yahweh, whom He sent His only begotten Son, to this earth, that we may find happiness through Him today and in the eternal.

You just answer my question, "why should I bother to continue?"

Why should I waste my time with you? You have no desire into learning the depthness of Yahweh's Word.

You make a mockery of every post.

DJC, why should I bother to continue? All you are good for is mocking.

I can see that you don't take the word serious.

Why don't you explain the remaining verses?

Sorry, DB, I am not a dispies, I do not set any sort of dates. It is not that I am big on numerology, it is just that when I read Yahweh's Word, He puts in key elements.

For instance in the story of David and the Philistine. We see David picking up 5 stones. 5 being grace, stones being symbolical of Yahshua, [check out Deut. 32:30-31] so we see the grace of Yahshua here. In fact Scriptures read that "this day will Yahweh deliver thee...". So we see Yahweh delivering His People by the "garce" of Yahshua.

Faithful Remnant, how do you know that Yahweh didn't instituted Biblical significance of numbers?
Just because your church system doesn't teach it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I believe we are straying from the main topic.

DJC49, funny how you selected Joshua, which is a type of the Savior, 10: [5 twice for double grace] 5, grace.

Do I find grace within this? I sure do!

In that verse 5, we see those evil kings that are against Yahweh’s people. So how does Yahweh show His grace towards His People?

Jos 10:8 And Yahweh said unto Joshua, Fear them not: for I have delivered them into thine hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee.

I see by the grace of Yahweh, He delivered or saved His People out of the bondage of the evil ones.

Lets take a look at Judges 18:17. Yes I see grace within this! Who were these 5 men?

Jdg 18:1 In those days there was no king in Israel: and in those days the tribe of the Danites sought them an inheritance to dwell in;...

Jdg 18:2 And the children of Dan sent of their family five men from their coasts, men of valour, from Zorah, and from Eshtaol, to spy out the land, and to search it;...

Keep in mind no king, we have no true house of Yahweh religiously, which leads to no king nationally which leads to apostasy.

Therefore the message here from Yahweh, when we don’t keep Him first, there is NO grace!

Would you like for me to continue? I sure that others on this forum would agree with me.

DJC49,

So I'm assuming that you don't believe in the spiritual significance of numbers?

You don't believe that Yahweh uses numbers within the scriptures for detailed points?

Therefore, as I state on my programs, "you are a pew warmer, that sucks on bottled milk."

Don't you believe it is time to get into the meat of His word?

I'm absoultely FLABBERGASTED!

Well DJC49, if you are so knowledgeable. Prove me wrong!

Instead of "i'm absoultely FLABBERGASTED" can't you bring something to the table more meaningful

You are so much into the Church systems, you are blinded to scriptures.

Prophecy of the Old Testment points to a Spiritual Tabernacle, that's to say a Tabernacle not made with man's hands.

Jer 23:5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
Jer 23:6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Zec 6:12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
Zec 6:13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people,

Minnow, if you want to keep this birth, why not do it on the day Yahweh establish. Not some Church system?

Note what Whitefield states, keep this festival OF OUR CHURCH.

This is a brief outline of what Yahweh's word states.

The course of Abia, was one of 24 courses set forth by King David 1 Chron. 24:10.

In the Gospel of Luke, this course of Zacharias, took place during the week of June 13-19. Considering the old age of Zacharias, and since the weekly Sabbath was following, it took him a couple of days to walk home.

He probably arrived home on the 21 or 22nd.

Since Yahweh’s hand was instrumental in this, the conception of Elizabeth took place.

Note in verse 24, 5 months. 5 being grace. This would be our Thanksgiving.

Verse 26, 6th [man’s number] month. This would be Dec. 25. This is when the angel Gabriel came to Mary. This is the day that the conception of Yahshua took place.

Now keep in mind that Yahweh’s hand is in this. Therefore we have 280 days. [5 (grace) * 8 (new beginning) * 7 (spiritual completeness)]. Using the Hebrew calendar when we count 280 days, we come to the birth of Yahshua on the 15th day Tisri, or the Feast of Tabernacles.

Now isn’t He our Tabernacle?

DJC49, this is where I differ. Scripture clearly defines the birth of the Messiah, and it isn't Dec. 25.

So why honor a day that is pagan?

For some reason, I have over looked this article.

However, did any of you readers out there hear about the presentation that Bush got when he arrived here?

According to the Temple Institute, Bush was awarded the "Megillat Bush-The Bush Scroll"

Check this out. It was given to him by the Rabbi A Even Yisrael Steinzaltz of the Sanhedrian.

It reads in part:

In the name of the Lord, Eternal God
To the Honorable Mr. George W.Bush
President of the United States of America.

Who comes seeking the presence of the Most High God, to Jerusalem, city of God, divinely chosen site of the Holy Temple, eternal capital of our land, "the joy of the entire earth", may it be rebuilt and established speedily and in our days, Amen!

Esteemed Mr. George Bush, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, leaders of the west!

Did you read that "chief prince of Meshech and Tubal."

Am I missing something here?

Are not these the enemies of Israel according to Ezke. 38?

doesn't history tells us, that Meshech is Russia?

Is this Rabbi telling us, that Bush control Russia or Russian thoughts?

DCJ49, you are a piece of work. How many characters spaces are we allowed on our responses? Let me help you. 1300.

Sometimes we just don’t have enough space to finish our comments, just as my response to your prior question.

In fact I believe I used all but 4.

Instead of allowing me to finish your question, you, as your character shows, jump right into conclusions.

You really have no concept of the book of Rev., especially if you follow the teaching of Jack Van Impe.

Therefore, allow the blind to lead the blind.

Oh by the way,

Yahweh Bless

What happens, isn’t it clear?

Just as you stated in reference to 1 Cor. 15. But note “at the last trump”.
When is the last trump? Rev. 11, right after the 2 witnesses are resurrected.

Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Then as Paul states in 1 Thess. 4, we shall meet the Lord and those saints that come back with Him, at this very moment all are changed into that spiritual body as he stated in 1 Cor.

Therefore, there is no rapture of any kind until these events take place. In fact Paul in his 2 letter to the Thess. Had to go into greater detail.

2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of the Messiah is at hand.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called Yahweh, or that is worshipped; so that he as Yahweh sitteth in the temple of Yahweh, shewing himself that he is Yahweh.

Does this help?

DJC49, I see you, like so many other quote from 1 Thess.4:13-17
Can we agree that Paul was a very great minded teacher? After all he was anointed by Yahshua Messiah.

So let's take a look in the Greek manuscripts on what Paul really said.

"shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air."

What about this word air. In the Greek it is "ah-ayr'". It is from the Greek word "aemi" Meaning, to breathe unconsciously, that is, respire.

We could say that this Greek word goes along with the Hebrew word which is found in Gen. 2, "neshâmâh chay" that breathe of life.

Now if Paul was referring to a meeting in the air, or sky, why would he use the Greek word "ouranos" which means, the sky?

Paul knew what he was talking about to the Corinth. when he said we all shall be changed from this flesh body to the spiritual body.

Paul makes the same reference in Thess.
"we shall be seized together, with those dead in Yahshua Messiah,in their white righteous robes in our spiritual bodies."

Fear not him that can kill the body, but fear Him that can kill the soul.
