It's amazing what people will do when their hearts are not totally committed to the King, High Priest, and Prophet - Jesus Christ.

Could someone help me out and give me a good explanation of what a conspiracy theory is?

Instead of costumes the day would be a food feast (meat as opposed to milk) symbolizing the transition. There's even scripture to support it: "And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned."
