Plant strong simply means not eating meat or dairy but eating LOTS of plants (i.e. fruits & veggies)

Let me lay it on the line, do you want to die in a hospital hooked up to a machine? Do you want to be there when your kids need (or spouse) need you? That's why I eat plant strong! I NEVER did it because it was "hip"! Look I'm the most unhip guy on the planet!
I do not want to settle for a "normal life"! I got ONE LIFE! And so do you! Eating plant strong is about living that one life to the absolute fullest.

This guy's info is 10 years outdated, the most twisted/abused verse in Scripture, is Matthew 7:1.

I appreciate the compliment CAB, although I disagree with your comment on Calvin. Calvin, admittedly was flawed, and yes it's true I don't need Calvin to understand Scripture, still, his books (particularly his "Institutes of The Christian Religion") & biographies of his life (my favorite being "Calvin & His Passion for The Majesty of God" by John Piper) have bern a great help.

Oh and one more thing, if eating grass brings you closer to God, then none is closer than a cow. Just some food for thought. (Pun intended)

Uh huh, eating grass brings you closer to God? Riiiiight, I'm pretty sure that's what the hippies thought when they were smoking LSD back in the 60's. There's a reason society today doesn't think of the 60's as a "golden age".
This guy is just another Jim Jones.

My uncle had A MASSIVE tumor on his spine around two years ago. His doctor, as it later turned out, was a quack. As a result he went through hell on earth. About two months ago I learned the master key to all health, breakfast, lunch & dinner. After learning that, and after learning that master key could have prevented my uncles agony, I swore to never let that happen to ANYONE! I dedicated my entire life (literally) to helping others regain their health.

SOME PRACTICAL ADVICE;
1) Spend at least a year soaking yourself in apologetics. Read Ravi Zacharias, Norman Geisler, Paul Copan, Lee Strobel & Josh McDowell. This world has many "intellectuals" with decent arguments & good questions, be ready at all times to give a good answer.
2) Spend another year and study Romans, Galatians & Ephesians. KNOW these books. Mine their deep treasures.
3) Spend about 3-6 months doing evangelism work. You need to learn to interact with others,
4) Listen to other preachers wiser than yourself. Top 5 best preachers; 1) Paul Washer 2) John MacArthur 3) Tim Conway 4) Bob Jennings 5) Voddie Baucham

OK I'll answer your questions, but first let me apologize, I thought you were a jerk. Hope you'll forgive me.
Currently I'm just trying to wrap up high school (I'm 15, but in a few weeks I'll be 16) I would really love to study at Cornell University (that's where T. Colin Campbell, author of "The China Study" serves as a professor. But for now I'm educating myself. I'm reading books, hitting blogs, watching documentaries. I have to study for eight years before I'm a certified naturopath, and I just don't have the cash. So I'm just looking for a job.
And thanks for the tips! Here's a tip of my own; www.diseaseproof.com, GREATEST BLOG EVER!

Penny: you're going to eat meat no matter what I say huh? Well eating plant strong is a choice, and I freely admit it isn't a sin to eat meat. However, (and I know this is expensive, this is only a suggestion) if you HAVE to eat meat then try to buy organic meat. It's not much better, but any change is good change. I'll tell you what, if you promise to read "Eat To Live" by Joel Fuhrman (although he recommends abstaining from meat, he does understand some will comtinue to eat meat) Then I promise to go & hear the arguments for a meat-based lifestyle, sound fair?
CAB: thanks! (No hard feelings, right?)

CAB: you're a RC aren't you? Because you sound JUST LIKE one. Let me explain something to you, Christians, real born again Christians will have stuggles with the flesh. Will we stumble? Yup. Will we fall? Better believe it. Sometimes you'll fall right on your face. The difference between a true believer & a false one is this; a true believer gets up & keeps moving on, a false one will just sit there in the mud. We are GROWING in our faith. Our walk with God is a day by day process. It's not instantaneous. It's like John MacArthur once said; "It doesn't matter how many times you sin, what matters is what you DO about your sin".
Let me ask you something CAB; are you perfect? Do you EVER sin?

What are you CAB, some kinda muslim?! God forgives our sins! He removes then from us, how far? As far as the east is from the west! He said "yous sins & iniquities I will remember no more". Now granted you are correct, that doesn't give the Christian a license to sin, BUT we will sin sometimes, why? It's like my Dad (wisest man in the world) tells me, "we still have this flesh suit. And our spirit is trapped inside this flesh, almost like a prisoner, and our flesh is constantly at war with our godly desires".

No, I'm not unique, there's a lot of people my age that are giving plant strong a try, there's also a lot of people who REFUSE (and openly admit) to hang around me and my family, just because we eat plants.
Let me tell you about something really cool, one reason to eat veggies (& lots of them) is phytochemicals. What are phytochemicals? So glad you asked, phytochemicals are nature's disease killing army. There are more phytochemicals in plants than we can count & we haven't identified most of them yet! For instance, broccoli & cabbage sweep toxins out if cells, beets peppers & tomatoes fight cancerous changes in our cells, apples & oranges protect our heart vessels from damage, danage that can cause heart disease. And that's not even the tip of the iceberg!
OK so we need nutrients, doesn't meat have nutrients? Well herein lies my beef with meat. Meat is mostly made up of macronutrients (proteins, fats & carbohydrates) and sorely deficient in micronutrients (vitamins & minerals). While you do need macronutrients, meat just contains entirely too many of them! & not enough micronutrients. And let's not forget the poisinous chemicals & growth hormones injected into animals.

ENOUGH CAB! I'm a calvinist and how have I EVER shown ANY hatred towards you? And this time would you kindly ANSWER?
Oh.....right! Well the "Institutes of The Christian Religion" is leading people to hell! Uh huh, you expect us to buy that?! John Calvin was flawed, he was A MAN! Not a demigod! A.W.Pink is a most impressive writer, his work "The Attributes of God" was masterful. But YOU in all your self righteous pride pompously claim it leads people to hell!!
Listen the only demonic doctrine going on here is the what you are teaching CAB! Salvation is a FREE gift of God! Got that?! F-R-E-E! And you are insulting God! You are basically slapping Him in the face! You actually claim that you can lose your salvation! So, you're telling me that God who is sufficient to save me, isn't sufficient to keep me saved?! Are you saying we're more powerful than God?! And this time, kindly answer me!

Penny: with all due respect (and I have a LOT of respect towards you) I have to disagree with you. You said "eating meat is more Scripturally aligned". Is it? In the beginning what did Adam & Eve eat? Fruits & vegetables right? It wasn't until the flood that God said it was OK to eat meat, and He only said it was OK because all the plants had been wiped out! What's my point? We were designed to eat plants! We were never specifically designed to eat meat!
Look.....I know I sound like a pharisee. And if I'm bashing you over the head, if I've offended you in any way, I'm sorry. Like I said I'm a naturopath (you know what that is right?) in training, this is what I've devoted my life to!
Tell you what just give me a chance, throw EVERY question you've got at me, about eating a plant strong lifestyle. I'll do my absolute best to answer them, sound OK?

I'm currently a naturopath in training. I've been listening to "Nutritional Wisdom" hosted by Joel Fuhrman M.D. What I've learned is that nutritional supplements CAN be useful, BUT, they cannot serve as a substitute for EATING your vitamins. Only one way to eat your vitamins, you gotta eat veggies! That's right dark, green, leafy vegetables! Eat plant strong!
