Great Sermon! “ Great Sermon! ”
This whole series of messages is absolutely fantastic. Every one is an absolute masterpiece. These messages are being downloaded by the thousands because it is a much needed refresher course on what the charismatic movement actually is.Doc Jim Thanks for all the hard work that you are doing on this very much needed subject.
Tragically, Mr Lincoln the “Jehovah’s Witnesses” (if we are born again, we are the real “Witnesses of Yahweh”), who deny the Trinity and that the Lord Jesus Christ is God, zealously share a false gospel not works salvation,
Unitarians don't share anything other than their mistaken opinion that everyone is going to heaven, Jim. Why would they share the Gospel? In their opinion, it's senseless.
How is supporting the President a sin, except in your Progressive ideals, a sin?
No, you're just championing this false concept of Dominionism. Very few people actually believe in that. It's simple a rouse to try to taint those who look to the Lord and His word for what is right and wrong, not societal consensus.
Jim, I'm surprised at you, championing that different ideas of right and wrong are from the public consensus of what is right and wrong, as if people made themselves. In some places in this world, murdering an adult is acceptable, so we should abolish our murder statutes?
Jim, if you assume that Jehovah’s Witnesses share the gospel, you are as lost as they are. And oh sure, the plan of salvation we preach is believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and support Donald Trump and thou shalt be saved. You’re really quite loco, bubba.
Timothy, I assume that many Jehovah witnesses and Unitarians share the gospel. It's not the sin of commission but of omission that they do which apparently you do also?
So you invite them to your church, and they find out that being a Christian you have to be a Republican also, but even worse yet you have to support Donald Trumpâť— Do you tell them that they do not have to support a political position? Again does your church push the following, which alleviates one sin of omission anyway.
John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world. ---ESV

I really hope, Timothy, doesn't mention political positions!
Also the position of conservative Protestants, until some decided they had to get in bed with the Catholic Church.

As a rabbi in Houston, but having spent 12 years at a synagogue in Alabama, the recent legislative acts across the country regarding abortion have me in deep thought. At the end of the day, for me, what is so troubling about abortion politics in our time is when legislation becomes an act of faith.
For many branches of Christianity, the soul is believed to enter the body at the moment of conception, and so to end this life would be an act of murder. For Jews, however, the soul doesn’t enter into the body until birth, thus giving the entity in a mother’s womb a very different legal status than a full human being.
It is not a nefesh (the Jewish legal term identifying the legal status of a live person). This is not at all to suggest that Jewish law is lackadaisical when it comes to protecting this potential for life. But we are talking about the criminalization of an act to affect all people of a state (or country), whose origins and enthusiasm are based upon faith statements that all do not share....

With free needles, free medical treatment, dental care, clothing, sleeping bags, tarps, no job needed, just you and a dance with death. During the depression, Salvation Army sought to provide meals , beds for people who renounced their alcoholism and leaned forward to becoming a upstanding adult. What is so virtuous about slowing killing yourselves with the a government that who have claims to be your savior away from salvation.

If every journey by aircraft was free and the taxation collected paid for these flights; - Then that would be closer analogy to "free at the point of use."
Individual Paying for every personal procedure at the time of every visit to the doc is different from collective taxation running a national service.
This info is "Free at the point of use." However you will still have to pay your electric bill to cover it.
"The United States has more Christians than any other country in the world. Going forward from its foundation, the United States has been called a Protestant nation by a variety of sources."
"However, to keep their status as tax-exempt organizations they must not officially endorse a candidate. There are Christians in both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, but evangelical Christians tend to support the Republican Party whereas more liberal Christians, Catholics and secular voters tend to support the Democratic Party."
Every President and Vice President, was raised in a family with affiliations with Christian religions. Only former President John F. Kennedy, and former Vice President Joe Biden were raised in Roman Catholic families. Two former presidents, Richard Nixon and Herbert Hoover, were raised as Quakers. All the rest were raised in families affiliated with Protestant Christianity. However, many presidents have themselves had only a nominal affiliation with churches, and some never joined any church." If I pay for a plane ticket online and then print it out and go to the airport to board my plane, when I go through security, the gates and board the plane I don’t pay any money at the point of use . Would you say the airline is correct to come out and say my flight was free at the point of use? No, because I paid for it, in your case it is through fees, taxes, NI, at the gas pump, etc. Not free at any point
The real clown, Jim, is the Bozo who sent Iran billions of dollars to build the weaponry to attack us with. But at least he’s a “moral” clown, one who is too sorry to see anything wrong with infanticide and sodomite marriage.
