Can't you read Luker. The WCF states in 6:3 "They [Adam and Eve] being the root of all mankind (Gen_1:27, Gen_1:28; Gen_2:16, Gen_2:17; Act_17:26; Rom_5:12, Rom_5:15-19; 1Co_15:21, 1Co_15:22, 1Co_15:45, 1Co_15:49), the guilt of this sin was imputed."

Do you know what imputed means? To charge to the account of; attributed; ascribed. This is what your heathenish Calvinistic philosophy teaches. Your ungodly Westminster Shorter Cat. says this:
"Question 18. Wherein consists the sinfulness of that estate whereinto man fell?
Answer. The sinfulness of that estate whereinto man fell, consists in the guilt of Adam’s first sin, ..."

As for your timeline, God in Romans 11:32 and elsewhere has concluded all in unbelief because every man like Adam has gone out of the way and has corrupted his nature.

"They are all GONE OUT of the way, they are together BECOME unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one." (Romans 3:12)

"Every one of them is GONE BACK: they are altogether BECOME filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one." (Psalm 53:3)

"They are all GONE ASIDE, they are all together BECOME filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one." (Psalm 14:3)

Isa 53:6 "All we like sheep have GONE ASTRAY; we have TURNED every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all." [Emphasis added]

Where in the Bible does your WCF get that information? Certainly not from the Scriptures it indexes nor from any other verse in the Holy Scriptures for that matter. The fact is that everyone bears his own sin and that one cannot be made guilty for another man's sin. The following Scripture confirms this fact to be true. It says...
