I actually wasn’t focusing on that part of the text but rather the timing. Most baptist churches require more of a convert that an over night, believing in God. Phillip’s convert was almost immediately baptized too. The point is, I have no idea what Kanye’s wife thinks. The fact that she was baptized, even if she holds a very infant like state of faith, shouldn’t be an issue. Again, point was to avoid rushing to conclusions. She could be holding on to a mustard seed.
