2 Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, which are called by my name,shall humble themselves, and pray, and turn from their wicked ways; then will l hear from heaven, and forgive their sin, and heal their land" .If our land needs healing,which it dos , God's word said in short we dropped the ball. The mess we are in is our (the believers) fault, because we've allowed this to happen by doing nothing.
As was pointed out to me,Prov 29:2 When the righteous are in authority the people rejoice; but when the wicked beareth rule,the people mourn. We (believers) are the righteous. We need to be in politics.
Dos not really matter if it makes it through or not, even if it got voted through, judges would over turn it ( prop 8 ). People don't rule any more, judges do.
