Dr. Tim; How can Jim honestly account for someone being racists, when he has a fallen Worldview that can’t account for the reason of ethics or morality? It’s liken to being like a Atheists, they & Jim, surepress the truth in all kinds of acts of unrighteousness, but know fully well the One & Only True living God exist. Jim; Makes truth claims that he can’t account for, as his fallen Worldview leaves him with zero Objective standard to hold too. As there are no objective human rights of any kind, in Jim’s Worldview. Human beings are just accidents in an accidental universe, & collections of atoms don’t mysteriously accrue “rights”. So Jim calling one a racist is just merely his opinion, as his Worldview exposes him, that He is in dier need of being reconciled too Christ Alone, as God is angry with the wicked & all who are outside of Christ Alone aren’t prepared for death amen! |

The best unity to be in is through Christ Alone amen. Being in Christ unity is like no other. That we have unity is by the Spirit of Christ baptizing us into Christ & into His body, the church (1 Cor. 12:12–13). Our expression of that unity must therefore be a unity of the truth “as the truth is in Jesus” (Eph. 4:21). Ultimately, that will be all the truth that is in Jesus, but our unity with Jesus doesn’t wait until that perfection is achieved. Salvation comes to us by faith in Christ, so there must be a defining core of truth that is ours in faith, sufficient to unite us to Christ even if n’t yet complete in all its detail. Defining this core precisely might prove to be as difficult as living out the whole truth faithfully, but it will surely include that God, the creator of heaven & earth against whom we have all sinned, was in Christ, reconciling to Himself all who believe in Him, n’t counting their sins against them, but forgiving them through the redemption that is found in the sinless life & atoning death of Christ & received by faith alone, calling for obedience to Christ as Lord under the authority of His Word in the Holy Scriptures. Where Christ is truly preached, there is the gospel; & where the gospel is truly believed, there is the church. |
